Generally good but slow in fulfilling order
Hi Dottie,
Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate it.
We’re glad to hear your overall experience has been good, and we do apologize for the slower fulfillment time. During our spring rush, orders can take a bit longer as we are digging plants fresh and fulfilling a high volume.
We’re also sorry to hear your first shipment was damaged, but we’re glad you gave us another chance.
We are a family-owned and operated nursery, and reviews like yours mean a lot to us.
Thank you again! 🌱
BARE ROOTS WORK, BUT TAKE LONGER TO ESTABLISH THAN I HAD HOPED
Thank you so much for the 4 stars!
Julie,
We're sorry you're disappointed, but your order consisted entirely of perennial plants—Daffodils, Purple Coneflowers, Fire Pink, and Blazing Star Liatris. These were delivered on June 1,2026.
Many bare-root perennials spend their first growing season establishing strong root systems underground and often do not produce visible top growth until the spring of 2027. This is normal for many perennial varieties and does not mean the plants have failed.
We appreciate your patience and hope you'll be pleasantly surprised when they emerge next spring.
