We monitor reviews for authenticity
Plants are dried up, bulbs are moldy and not healthy looking. I have never seen plants shipped this way. Have ordered from different online sellers and they are at least wrapped in tissue and plastic to keep them hydrated.
Had what I was looking for at a reasonable cost to be shipped when I could get them in the ground quickly.

I placed an order in Augest and only after ten emails they told me they are planning to deliver it in the end of October or issue 80% discount. I am going to inform to credit company.

I want the replacement or refund for this order, I ordered 3 counts, and I received 2 packages, no idea why they sent in 2 packages, one package took 8 days and one package took 11 day, no any one is good one, they are all rot or decay root already, please see the attached photos, I informed TN with the photo immediately after I received, but I was told I would have to wait until next spring to get the replacement ……
I am sorry you are unhappy with your order. Since we have shipped this order 3 times already. We would for you to plant 1 of the 3 shipment. Since they are under a 1 Year warranty.

We bought 100 square feet of live moss. There was a minor delay in shipping, but once it shipped it arrived quickly, well packed and beautifully alive. (And shipped all the way to Oregon.) And there was A LOT OF IT. We would definitely order from them again.

Customer service hard to get hold of, and not very responsive.
Ordered 50 "plants" of the Pennsylvania sedge. They were a bunch of grass plants sent in a plastic garbage bag. There was quite a bit of extraneous material (weeds, ex. Clover) mixed in with the grass plants.
My first batch of trees Totally dead Thry did give me a gift card but "REFUSED " to replace my replacement order for ANOTHER YEAR! NEVER would I recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely Ridiculous being a replacement should have shipped it out Immediately
After buying from this website in the past and always very pleased, I decided to order some perennial flowers to plant later in August. Following my purchase I received a coupon in my email for free shipping on my next purchase. I decided that I would go ahead and use the coupon. When I attempted to use the free shipping the site said I was not eligible at the time. I emailed the customer service department with cut and paste of the advertised free shipping. I got an email saying they saved my order and when I again attempted to check out, I was denied the free shipping.
I sent another email to the customer service and they said I should try again or they could override the order. I decided to cancel the second order along with the FIRST order. Then I received a message that because I was cancelling my first order despite it not being shipped until August, they would have to charge me 20% to cancel the order. It has all be rather irritating and I seem forced to buy my first order. Will not be using in the future despite all the past business where I was satisfied. The customer service department is far less accommodating than most businesses.
Everything has been great. The real test is when I get the plants! I was expecting growing plants and I received dormant plants. I will aee come spring if I am happy or unhappy. If they grow I will be pleased

I planted $150 of perennials in April. It was the first time I ordered bare root plants so I didn't know what to expect other than a flowering garden this summer. It's now early July and nothing. Nothing has greened out, much less flowered. I've dug up some of the roots and that's what I still have: roots. Looking at the web site you'll see something entirely different: A picture of a bare root plant with greenery and the statement "What Our Perennials Look Like Before They are Shipped. The left image below is an example of our perennials before shipment. The perennials are shipped without blooms since they are shipped in their dormant season. Once you receive your perennials, plant them and wait for spring and your blooms to arrive."
Not so. What you will get is roots only in a zip lock bag with a black magic marker note that you can barely read identifying the plant. It gets worse. I went back and forth with customer service numerous times and now I learn, "Some of these will establish but most won't." What? Let me get this straight. They send out bare root perennials to customers knowing (but not telling the customer) that most of the plants not only won't establish during the Spring of their order but they won't establish at all. Furthermore, as for their guarantee, you have to wait a year for replacements. I've already lost a growing season and now I'm supposed to be grateful that I get another chance of losing another season with plants where only "some will establish but most won't"? Is this a joke? At the same time I placed this order I ordered other bare root plants from another nursery. They came with a clearly typed label of the plant, extensive roots and greenery and they've done very well this season. TN Nursery perennials are a total waste of money. Customer service was totally unhelpful. They never returned my phone calls and those on the other end of numerous emails talk in circles.
Messaged team about dead paw paw tree sent photos, was asked to wait until later in the year. Was approved for replacement. When asked for replacement was sked to wait until the end of June because of probably late dormancy even though it was already approved. Sent new photos showing the plant was clearly dead and brown after scratch test. They keep telling me it is alive and almost 9 months since we have had it. How can you say approved, wait, and then go back on a previous approval. This is such bad customer service. All we want is our tree, we are not asking for a refund we are asking for a replacement for a dead tree that never grew since we had it.
I bought a pack or 5 cinnamon and 5 walking ferns. The package contained only the 5 cinnamon ferns. I advised them immediately and they refuse to acknowledge that they shorted the order.
They had exactly what I needed. It was easy to checkout and the shipping was so quick!
Easy to order I looked it up on Amazon and found the most bang for my buck(s).
