I would have given a zero if I could. My plants were 3/4 dead when I got them and dead, dead, dead shortly there after. This place is a sham. Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and has an F rating on their website due to terrible customer service. I placed an order almost month ago and paid for priority shipping. It has still not shipped. I was told by the customer service department that I cannot cancel the order in that they are in their busy season and plants are in the warehouse. They told me that priority shipping begins when the item is sent out no matter how long it takes them to get it.
I also ordered a 3 foot Forsythia "bush." If you click on their website link to "What your plants will look like on arrival" you will see what does look like bushes. I received two 3 foot twigs in the mail.
Extremely disappointed.
From the first contact and order, they kept making errors on orders and over-charging, charging shipping or etc and very difficult to reach in a timely manner to address issues. I kept asking for correction to no avail so I asked would it be easier to simply cancel order and re-order since it seemed impossible for them to make a simple correction on an order, but they couldn't even do that without errors in amounts. A headache, but I thought finally resolved. I even planned to write a positive review despite the headache once trees were received bc it seemed finally corrected...I ordered three trees,...two small and one largest... they delivered one, then the second...separately and singly. I contacted them prior to delivery of the first delivery to inquire when they would be shipping. They only delivered the two separately, I never received the large one and was told me that they have a strict 24 hour policy to contact them for lost trees! I was supposed to know the third wouldn't be delivered when they delivered the first two singly and separately? I had contacted earlier and was told the remaining two would be shipped. So they charged me for three trees and didn't deliver the largest one. The two sent look sickly and soft wooded. DISHONEST COMPANY POLICIES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are incompetent at best and dishonest at worst. They claimed it was delivered then didn't even attempt to correct their failure to deliver on a paid item! Then mentioned I didn't write a positive review! Horrible business, stay clear. Unprofessional. Contacted my credit card company and made claim which was accepted. It's a shame when businesses are like this, when other honest businesses deserve the clientele. I would have gladly and appreciatively accepted a correction but they made no attempt and denied it wasn't delivered which was patently false. Have never dealt with such awful business practices.
All the items died a quick death. They were sickly and small on arrival - but I usually have good luck with the plants I've ordered online. Not these. Will never order here again. Money down the drain.
I ordered product in the spring that arrived all dead. I also ordered a white pine they said would be shipped in the fall. Nothing has been shipped and they do not respond to my customer service emails. Looks like I have been mislead by a bad outfit.
Bought 400 dollars worth of trees that died in our harsh winter of 22-23. All trees died and when contacted they wanted me to scratch test tree bark on saplings I could not find after 12 ft of snow. Absolute thieves. Buy from a reputable company like starks whose trees live almost always but always honor the warrenty. I can foward their emails stating they will not honor their warrenty. Just bad people and company
We went to TN Nursery earlier today to pick up our on line order. I can't say enough about the customer service we received. The team of Serenity, Triston and Rachael were super friendly and were able to overcome my error in ordering and put together my complete order in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier with TN Nursery and highly recommend them to everyone!
I have used TN Nursery on a number of occasions over the last several years to purchase a variety of plants and trees for my small patio garden. They have an excellent assortment and very competitive prices. Shipping is fast and items arrive in great condition. TN Nursery has enabled me to transform my patio garden into a very pleasant and enjoyable suburban oasis that attracts a wide variety of birds and other wildlife and I will be looking to them over the coming years for any plants or trees I will need. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection of plants, trees, or shrubs for their homes.

I purchase 2-15 count assorted flowering perennials. In my order there were 3 different types of plants and 1 wasn't even in the flowering type( jack in the pulpit)
Customer service told me they cannot guarantee what types the order pickers put in your box(They shouldn't work at a nursery)
Your best bet go buy local and get what you order.
I got 100 plants! And planted most. I have another spot waiting for me to clear it up
So far so good. Once it shipped. Not fully planned as they arrived late pm.
I am still waiting for my buy one get one perian. Email last week said it was being looked into and since then nothing.
I have been looking for this perennial for a long time. Am happy to have found Wholesale Nursery. The bulbs are in excellent condition and I am excited about seeing plants in the spring. I realize they may not bloom the first year, but I am patient.
This moss is exactly what I want and so glad to find a source, but I ended up going out of town before it was sent and delivered. The person watering for me didn't understand my instructions about the box. I opened it in the dark last night and got water on it but I saw some of the moss was already brown.But: U think it will rebound, we'll see.
The decription of the product does not reflect what you will receive.
It says a variety, I received 2 different plants for each 10 pack. I would expect a variety is more than 2 different kinds.
It says "our package includes" includes Lavender and Blanket Flower and Phlox and Delphinium, Purple coneflower and Black Eyed Susan and many more beautiful zone appropriate flowers.
I received none of these and the plants I did receive will not grow in my zone.
Customer service was horrible and did not offer any kind of exchange.
I've ordered from other online nurseries and received much better bulbs and starts. Tennessee nursery had a plant I couldn't find elsewhere. However I was shorted 4 plants and no one will reply from customer service. Really disappointing
Total ripoff do not purchase from this business,product received was trash (awful) and of course no refund,cancelled an additional order weeks before shipping and was charged 20%.Never again,buyer beware.
