I believe the trees were not yet dormant when I received them which made them unable to survive when planted. None of them survived.
Fast shipping. My apple trees arrived dead, but the pomegranates are perfect and growing nicely. Customer service offered to replace or refund the money for the apple trees, but I didn't know to save the dead root stalks or take photos, so I just lost the money. Not their fault, the website clearly says this, I just didn't read it until afterwards.

Moss is beautiful. But customer service did not give me any idea on when I would receive it. I finally had to call 3 times to get an update. I ordered on March 5th and did not receive my order until early April. I realize this is a busy time, but I would have appreciated an update.

I had ordered two orders of trees, some pink Dogwood for gifts to neighbors. I was hospitalized within a couple days of them arriving so my son put them in pots and cared for them. They died anyway so I am trying to replace the Dogwoods. The Pink seem to be sold out!

I ordered 3 buy one get one free blue hydrangeas. My order can with 4 wooden sticks. None of the plants grew. Also I was missing 2 more hydrangeas. The excuse was that they were entangled in the group of sticks, but I o my got 4 sticks. I'm giving them a second chance. I'll post there nursery as a ripoff on every social media platform as well as make videos of plants I buy that look like $#*!, don't grow and I get less than what I've paid for.

We do want to clarify that Blue Hydrangeas, when shipped bare root and dormant, will often appear as sticks at first. That is completely normal, and they focus on root establishment before showing visible growth. That said, you should still receive the correct quantity ordered, and we take that concern seriously.
Regarding the Buy One Get One promotion, the free plants are included during fulfillment and can sometimes be bundled together, but you should not be missing items. We definitely want to review this for you.
