I bought two tickets for a Bob Dylan concert. It was not clear to me that I was on a resale site and I ended up paying twice as much for my tickets than what they would have been from the concert venue webpage. Feeling misled and fleeced.

Purchasing the tickets was easy but be careful because I am in Canada and purchased tickets for a Canadian event and I paid for my tickets in US dollars. So I ended up paying and extra $300. That was a lot considering my tickets were already worth over $700.
Everything was in order except for the acceptance of the civil code, which is located on the back of the credit or debit card. All of the information is correct, but for some reason it didn't accept the cvv code. Eventually I did get the ticket, but ut was a difficult process.

Over 2 time the price than Ticketmaster direct. When you are done making your purchase, they connect you to Ticketmaster.
And after you're done, they send you a link for parking that is over 5 times the going rate.

I was directed here instead of ticketmaster which is where I wanted to go and thought I was at. I purchased the tickets throught here at a huge increase, but I did get them. They were indeed transferred from a ticketmaster purchase. Next time i will pay ALOT more attention to this as I just paid double what I could've gotten the tickets for on Ticketmaster. This website is a total scam. I thought I was buying my tickets from Ticketmaster and I wasn't. I spoke to three people, trying to get things straightened out… None of whom I could understand because they did not speak English very well. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that she would not refer me to a supervisor I asked why not and she just said she would not refer me to a supervisor! I will definitely be going on to every venue of social media to slam the service that I got
