The only improvement would be to get and keep an app. Access icon on my Android Smartphone screen in the same manner as the M. L. B. Ballpark App., instead of needing to go through an e-mail folder.
I keep getting request to confirm whether I received my electronic tickets. When I click on the link, it gives me this damn customer satisfaction survey. I was perfectly happy with my customer service with this transaction. However, now it's starting to bug the hell out of me. Stop sending me texts, telling me to confirm only to have to fill this damn form out
Confusing on ticket receipt. My tickets may not be delivered until day before event. I feel like I paid for something I don't have.
I bought them from ticketsonsale.com and for some reason they dont have a receipt or proof of purchase from the previous buyer that was selling them so I guess ill have to drive 7 hours to figure it out 🤷 just so everyone knows ticketmaster.com is legit and much much cheaper.
Ive received a couple of emails entitled "delivery confirmation" but I've not actually received to tickets 1 of my early emails informed me I wouldn't receive the tickets until the day before the show. I hoping that the tickets actually get sent.

I ordered a ticket, and it listed the wrong person's name on the email ticket. I don't know why, but I was let in anyway. I noticed the show was not even close to being sold out, so I asked all people around me how much they paid for their ticket. They said between $25-$30 with fees. I paid $75.50!

So I don't know why I paid so much, and there was a random person's name on it. I would like a refund

After I bought the 3 tickets for just under $315 I realized I could have gotten all 3 tickets for about $155 total through Stub Hub instead. I will not be buying tickets here again, that is a ridiculous resale value. My fault for jumping at the urgency the site created saying there were only 34 tickets left, I should've shopped around. I did receive the ticket transfer quickly unlike some other reviews I've heard that didn't receive until day before show, or not received at all.
Instead of sending several emails, including an email stating this is not your ticket, can you just send a single email with the ticket?
I ordered one pair of tickets and have received no less than 10 emails since then; one week ago. On top of that the face value of my tickets is $56, but paid >$200. Not the best experience.
I have received three emails. 1 confirming my purchase. 2 telling me that my tickets will be available to be transferred to me before my event date. 3 another asking me if I received. I am assuming they mean the 2nd email and not my tickets. Seems like it could be worded better. Hope I get them! 🤞🏻

I received my tickets and have them on my iPhone. However, there isn't a barcode on them. I did receive an email telling me to download something on my phone but I'm sceptical of doing that plus I have no idea how to do this. Your ticket system is not very friendly.
My fault, but I thought I was purchasing on the original ticket site, and I was mislead that tickets were selling out and only "4 tickets left" in the dress circle. I grabbed 2 tickets, not knowing they were resale tickets, the seats were not shown, and I over paid over 3x the actual price, for really poor seats.
Highly disappointed with misleading websites that resell tickets, and the actual venue website was NOT the default search link.
Tickets delivered... but not when promised... If the sellers indicate a deadline to delivery. They ought to hold to that date and time... Resulted in unnecessary phone calls and emails... and quite frankly a WASTE of time... So if the sellers commit to sending tickets by a certain time... then MEET the deadline...
Buy the thickets is very simple even if you don't speak English very e well
My experience purchasing the tickets was good... a few too many emails, etc., to confirm and receive my tickets, but I guess this was because they came from multiple sellers. Also, I didn't realize the currency was in USD when I purchased, but all in all a good experience - seats were great considering we purchased the day before.
