Would be nice to have the ability to cancel if needed with the concert so far out, that is the only issue I have, everything else was fine.
I thought I was buying tickets direct, and the site said I was getting a great deal on 2 standard tickets... I only realized this was a resale site when I received a confirmation email that the tickets were transferred. I then went on ticketmaster and found better tickets (in VIP!) for LESS than I paid for the tickets on your site. As soon as I realized my mistake it was too late and I couldn't cancel.

In the process of downloading your ticket it would be nice if there was an option to be able to add it to your Wallet on your mobile device. I'm able to do that with any other tickets I purchased from any other sources and for some reason I can't manipulate that with your process.

Only after purchasing did I realize I was buying from a reseller for more than double the face value before the tickets even went on sale. Their no cancellation policy only confirms that they don't have good intentions. I only have myself to blame for not slowing down and confirming what I was buying, but this type of business gives other businesses a bad name.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
