At my request, you conducted an investigation regarding why my two tickets that I purchased from you were not honoured by the Box Office of GFL Memorial Gardens for the March 31 Hockey game, Your investigation and refund to me was complete within the day of my complaint (on April 1,2026). Ticket purchase was ok but email says the actual tickets aren't transferred to your email on the day of the event. I would prefer they be transferred right away and then I could add them to my Apple wallet in my phone.
I mistakenly used a ticket seller that has a no refund policy. Entirely my fault as I was in a rush. USD funds were taken when I could have easily bought from Canadian funds website. Never again. Double the price obviously.

This service is not a traditional ticket seller. It a buy and sell site. My tickets will not be delivered until 2 days prior to the event. I may or may not ever see any legitimate tickets. No refunds!

It was very easy to use this site. I'm pretty sure I over paid for the tickets. But I really just am glad I got tickets and can go!
Price gouged on tickets. Lesson learned, won't use Ticketsonsale again.
Don't mind anyone making a profit, but almost 4 times face value is a bit much.
