They ask you to download an app to receive the tickets. The app doesn't work! I'm still waiting on my tickets to be sent to me. I've asked numerous times now for the tickets to be sent via email. Still haven't received anything! Not impressed
It is unclear how I get my tickets. With Ticketmaster or others you can log in and see them.

The advertised VIP early access ticket was advertised $20.00 less than what I was charged for as a general admission ticket. I clicked on the early access button and it did not say it was sold out, instead I was sent to and only offered general admission tickets when I thought I was purchasing VIP tickets.

Got an email from spotify the day tickets went on sale. Ended up paying double the price for tickets. Within minutes I realized this and tried to get a refund. Guess what? They don't refund ANYTHING!
Tickets are wildly overpriced. And even minutes after the purchase you cannot cancel your order. I paid 2x the price for tickets literally the day the show was announced unknowingly. Avoid this site at all costs.
