Didn't realize they're a third party vendor, saw negative reviews after my purchase and wanted to cancel it. Spoke with them and they stated the cannot cancel the order!

I tried to contact you about the fact I had been charged in US dollars and did not get a response through email. I tried the online support and provided personal info and then was disconnected. I filed a dispute with my credit company as I did see anywhere that this purchase was in US dollars. I did get the difference back to my account but feel I have to check every transaction for accuracy.

Received strange error messages when trying to download on iphone. Impossible to get help via app. All of the help emails were totally useless. I dont know what happened to this app/website. Was able to download on ipad.

Thought I was in StubHub but come to find out I was using your website instead to purchase the tickets. With all the scams that take place these days it was a little nerve racking. Customer service was good and I got my tickets with the SeatGeek app.

This site was user friendly. And full of good FAQ's. Two minor (but frustrating) downsides: 1) you cannot print out or access your tickets until the day before the show. Would have been safer just to go ahead and print them now, and 2) they don't include the actual seat numbers, so you apparently don't know if there are four seats together until the day before the show (that's an unnecessary worry when you paying tickets prices above $400).

Very bad experience. Wasn't notified of where seats were. Wasn't informed seats were in American dollars. For a show on Canadian soil. Will not be usi g this service in future. Tried conta ting them. No reply

Far too many moving parts in this workflow. I won't use them again since it's infinitely simpler to buy with other ticket platforms.

You are annoying me by asking for so much validation. I should have my tickets, and the rest should be seamless. I feel like you need therapy to build your self confidence with all the messages.

I am truly hoping that the message that confirmed my purchase was really the confirmation you asked about.

For what it is worth, the idea that I may need YET ANOTHER APP to go see this concert fills me with dread, but companies like yours think that everyone is excited about your technology. I am, instead, excited about the music.

At my request, you conducted an investigation regarding why my two tickets that I purchased from you were not honoured by the Box Office of GFL Memorial Gardens for the March 31 Hockey game, Your investigation and refund to me was complete within the day of my complaint (on April 1,2026). I could not have asked for better service!
