Very disappointed that I was charged in US dollars ended up being a lot more Canadian. I would like to be refunded please full amount for the tickets also for ticket protection. Right now I have them for sale on ticketmaster.ca but in order for me to recoup my cost need to ask over $400 Canadian this has caused me a lot of distress.

I had an excellent experience with your company, but you charge twice as much as the regular price of the tickets and that is disappointing to me because that is what came up before the box office price. That's my only issue.

Thought I was purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster. The site rushed me through the purchase process and did not realize until the tickets were purchased that I was not purchasing from Ticketmaster. Read the reviews after the tickets were purchased and not sure at this point if I'll even receive the tickets because they are not put into an account until maybe the day before the event😐. Tickets were overpriced after checking.

Getting a confirmation email from Not Tickets on Sale was not ideal. The brief indicating that Kevin is transferring tickets led me to think the email was spam, especially since the The Basie theater was not mentioned. Only after multiple emails looking for confirmation of the ticket transfer did I check my trash file and locate the tickets. They are in my GWallet now, but overall, this was not a great experience.

First I was misled to think I was purchasing tickets from what I thought was the box office, only to discover I was not dealing with the theater and paid nearly twice the price -and can't get a refund from you. That is a scam.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
