Very disappointed that I was charged in US dollars ended up being a lot more Canadian. I would like to be refunded please full amount for the tickets also for ticket protection. Right now I have them for sale on ticketmaster.ca but in order for me to recoup my cost need to ask over $400 Canadian this has caused me a lot of distress.

It would've been easier to have the tickets sent via email. There was a lot going back-and-forth between downloading a new app and emails back-and-forth was hard to keep track.

Transferring the tickets was a huge pain. Can't transfer to yourself. No button to continue to the next page. It was not the best experience. It should be easier and less dramatic. Like just send the god damn tickets when they are purchased, how about that part. Thanks.

Thought I was purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster. The site rushed me through the purchase process and did not realize until the tickets were purchased that I was not purchasing from Ticketmaster. Read the reviews after the tickets were purchased and not sure at this point if I'll even receive the tickets because they are not put into an account until maybe the day before the event😐. Tickets were overpriced after checking.

Confusing Confirmation

Getting a confirmation email from Not Tickets on Sale was not ideal. The brief indicating that Kevin is transferring tickets led me to think the email was spam, especially since the The Basie theater was not mentioned. Only after multiple emails looking for confirmation of the ticket transfer did I check my trash file and locate the tickets. They are in my GWallet now, but overall, this was not a great experience.

Scam charging twice the price.

First I was misled to think I was purchasing tickets from what I thought was the box office, only to discover I was not dealing with the theater and paid nearly twice the price -and can't get a refund from you. That is a scam.
WHY are you allowed to sell tickets outside of the box office? And taking nearly twice the price of the original ticket and not indicating that is the case.
What was to have been a fun/gift evening has turned into a regretable experience. What is the purpose of this company other than taking advantage of people?

Ordering and receiving tickets was a very nice experience. Penn's Peak is an awesome place to see shows. Not a bad seat in the house!
