I accidentally got tickets to the wrong venue (my bad- I get that) and ten minutes later when I explained to the rep this had been done, she categorically refused to cancel my order so I could get the correct ticket. I understand if a few days had passed, but this was literally 10 minutes later. The transaction hadn't even cleared my bank, and I hadn't (still haven't) received the ticket. It's absolute nonsense. The rep told me my only option was to wait until I got the ticket, then I could *try* to resell it. She was extremely rude and hung up on me. The company's lack of desire to assist their customers is extremely ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. Do not do business with these people. They don't care about their customers, they only want your money. Not recommended. And ps- I only gave them the one star because it made me. The actual rating is ZERO.

It wasn't noted clearly and I also didn't get chance to cancel the order as I didn't get a confirmation of the order before being processed!

Coliseum Problems/ Multiple cancellations

Bought tickets for the Curling match at 2pm on Thursday (2/26). That was cancelled and moved to Friday at 12pm. Upon arriving at the coliseum, we were informed that the match had been moved to 4pm. NOTE: we received an email at 2:10 pm telling us that the 12pm match had been moved to 4pm (2 hours late). We were unable to hang around the coliseum for 4 hours waiting for a match that may or may not take place at 4. We were unable to wait for matches that were later and did not see any curling.

When I realized the purchase was made in error and asked to cancel the transaction, was told no - even though they have not presented me the tickets and had plenty of time to resell them as the transaction was on the 1st day the tickets went on sale. Biggest ripoff in my life - really feel embarrassed and upset.
