I entered Seat Geek for Bruce tickets and was directed to your sight and without realizing it--I panicked and purchased two tickets in section 329 for $771.00. I then realized it was not Seat Geek and went to there sight where tickets in the same section--closer to the stage where $300. I will never use you again--You ripped off a senior citizen shamelessly.

I had signed in to TICKETMASTER, but, somehow was switched to TicketsOnSale. Did not notice the change until I purchased the tickets. Unnerving to see that my tickets will be available the DAY BEFORE the concert. I have a friend flying in from Arkansas for the event. Sent an email to the support site at TicketsOnSale, which was returned, as invalid site. Did call customer service, which could not give me any help.
My purchase experience was excellant! However, I kept getting requests to verify I received the tickets & answered YES every time?

The confirmation email says that tickets will be available by April 12, a few days only until April 17. And then, what if something goes wrong? I need the ticket with the barcode to get in to the event, not just a confirmation email with the Order Number
I am very disappointed in this purchase since it has charged me 3 times the average price of the tickets on the venue web. I cannot cancel nor dispute the purchase for any reason. This site comes up at the top of the search while looking to buy tickets so you think you are getting a regular price. Not the case. This is a total trap. I am paying 3 times more the price. Extremelly disappointed
Thank you for making this concert experience worry-free so far. This website is awesome was so easy to get our tickets couldn't believe how smooth and fast the transaction was. Got my confirmation email within minutes the tickets are sitting in my inbox waiting for the event. One of the great things about this website and getting the tickets is there were no extra or hidden fees.We paid for the tickets and taxes and that was it, which made being able to attend this concert very affordable.

Not knowing I wouldnt get my tickets right away definitely adds stress. I tried calling them and I couldnt speak to a real person. I was using the chat and the person closed our chat before helping me.
I see most ticketing services can ask you to create account but they force you to get their app which has the ticekts. App should be optional..
The actual purchase was easy. The problem is that you have no app or login to be able to see the purchase and check the status of my order. Your confirmation email has a link called "check status" which does not work. You leave the purchaser thinking they have just been scammed. I still am not sure if I am going to get my tickets.
