This was my first time shopping for on-line options to by concert tickets and found that the longer I took and the closer I got to the show date, the prices were going up, however, I found "TicketsOnSale" had the best prices and the best seats, compared to all other on-line sellers. Thanks so much!

So far my tickets were sent back the first time I purchased them and I never received a refund but the second time I purchased them it went through as far as I know.
It seemed like a lot of process to go throough and then found out that they had to be downloades onto an ap on the phone. I had printed them out and then found out that i couldn't get in with that.

They charged double the the cost of the tickets for sale at the venue. I did not realize this was a separate site. Tickets are 17 and the venue and 35 here.
I would prefer my tickets to be delivered via email directly to me. Downloading another app and finding them there was a little tricky, but I worked through it.

So far has been pretty good experience, easy to use site. Extra fees are a little unknown ( does say prices are higher because of third party). A little bit nervous about getting the tickets by the time of the show.( digital tickets being sent only a few days before date of show, no option to get right away) hopefully it goes smoothly.
Overall good; however, getting access to the actual tickets was a bit confusing.
The initial seats were not confirmed. I received a follow up call and they gave me another 5 seats that were in the same location but lower to the floor.
