All went as planned - got the tickets online from Wolftrap. Event is 25 June - stil need to transfer over to my phone and wallet
The whole selection and purchasing of the tickets were quick and easy. Also when accepting the tickets the transfer process was simple. Definitely user friendly.
I received my ticket quickly and had no issues with the transfer. My event is in a few months, but if all goes well, I would use Tickets On Sale again.

I was extremely disappointed with the hidden fees and inflated ticket prices. The tickets ended up costing significantly more than their original sale price, and I was charged far more than expected. Shockingly, my total increased by $70 AFTER I had already checked out. I feel completely ripped off, and the company offered no recourse or support to resolve the issue.

Process worked well. Was secure and accurate and was able to download tickets to my phone. Transferring tickets was possible but was a bit of a hassle because the recipient I wanted to transfer the tickets to had to download app and create an account. A bit of a hassle but the process worked. My biggest gripe: I was not made aware of all the fees prior to paying for the tickets. I'm sure there was some fine print somewhere or a link I was supposed to hit - but frustrating the amount I was looking at wasn't even close to the amount I was charged. Roughly +$200 for 5 tickets. Probably keep me from using this service again.
Purchased the tickets to be told I had to wait to make sure they are confirmed. If you take my money, I should have tickets. Then, I find out I purchased tickets through ticketmaster through your company. I picked this company to NOT use ticketmaster. I abhore ticketmaster. It was just highly deceptive.
