Make sure this is your last resort to get tickets. I could have purchased tickets still for half the price of what I paid through this platform.
After purchasing my ticket and receiving a confirmation email I received an invoice for ticket insurance coverage charged to my credit card that I did not ask for. I telephoned to cancel the insurance and was told it would take 3-5 business days to return the card to my card. This is an unsavory practice in my mind.
The quickness of the conversation (much of which was electronic) could be smoother and a bit easier to navigate. With the understanding, of course, I live in Lake Forest, IL and the internet service isn't always top notch accross the board, which may have contributed to the slow transaction.
Show was cancelled by venue. Did not get a notice. Still waiting on a refund or at least a rescheduled date for the show.

Did a Ticketmaster lookup for the Santana concert in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Bowl == but somehow -- and unknown to me at the time -- YOUR website came up and I selected and paid for tickets... only to find out that it was NOT Ticketmaster where I have an account... I clicked on the Contact Us button that did NOT work... I am VERY concerned that you took my money and I may never get my tickets...

This was my first time going through this site and it was easy to use and got a great deal on my tickets
When I went to purchase 8 tickets to the upcoming PWHL game in Calgary (Tor vs Ott) I was frustrated when trying to make a selection. I could see the Section and the row, but I was unable to see which seats the 1-8 were. I had been looking to get an aisle seat as one of our party is a larger gentleman with bad knees and he cannot keep them tightly bent for 3 hours. Someone told me that if I was on my home computer that I could've zoomed in to see what seats were on offer, but at that point I had already given in and purchased my tickets. It would be helpful at some point before the end of the transaction the seats be explicitly listed. Maybe there was a moment, but I didn't see and I was looking for them.
Also, it was not clear at all that the prices I was dealing with were USD. I imagine it is not normally a problem if the majority of the events that you sell tickets for are for venues in the US. What caught me off guard and why I didn't think to look is that I was buying tickets to a game in Canada, so I assumed the currency would be CAD. Even my order summary only states that the total is $509. So I was unpleasantly surprised to find on my visa that I was charged $715CAD. While I am not here to say that they should cost less than what I paid, I like to know what I will have to pay when making my purchase. If you are selling tickets to canadian venues, please make it clear that the prices are in USD.
You can't get a refund on your tickets no matter your situation may be. I accidentally bought double the tickets and couldn't get a refund.
I was given a vague notice that I would receive my ticket b y April 24. But there was no seat number in the confirmation notice and a vague warning that I might have to install an app to receive the ticket. This is really not what I signed up for. I will not know for sure that I even have a ticket until the distant date of April 24. I have no idea if this ticket is real.
The only reason I rated this a 3-star is because the site took me to a promotional website for free online shipping that appeared to be part of the ticket delivery process but was just an irritating and misleading add, that was a hassle to get out off.
My card was charged twice, while only one charge went through; the double-charge caused a lot of anxiety. Confirmation email states "delivery confirmation." Yet I am not to receive my tickets until the day before the show?
I thought it was the venue site but when I purchased I then realized it was an outside site and was in American currency.

Popped up as the first site for ticket sale for select concert and most expensive - 3 x regular price - complete ripoff. Shameful.
I fell into the trap of thinking that I was purchasing tickets from another site because I did not carefully examine the URL. Then, moments after the purchase, I realized that the price was inflated but was unable to cancel the purchase. It would be reasonable to have a few minutes.
Resellers should be prohibited from selling tickets above face value when they are still available.
I am accustomed to getting my ticket IMMEDIATELY after paying on other vendor websites. Ticketsonsale has charged my credit card but has not sent me my ticket over 72 hours later as of this writing. After contacting them they informed me that I would be receiving my ticket the day before the event or earlier (?) How long does it take for a customer to receive their tickets? I am in the process of contacting the major vendor of the event. I will NOT be waiting until the day before the event to receive my ticket!

Second 2,000 ads for an event I bought tickets to; and to get a hotel etc. It's too much.

I like to go ahead and have my tickets have them printed out be able to hold onto them then being emailed to me the day before the concert when it's five months away is not my favorite method but otherwise everything was simple and easy

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
