The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

Your process is confusing. But when I called customer service, she was awesome to work with. There needs to be improvement in the clarity of you web based purchase of tickets. Hopefully it will be easier the next time I use your services.
Im a little concerned that I don't have seat numbers and won't get tix until 2 days before the show that I'm traveling out of state for.
………………………….,,,,,,,……….
I am disappointed that I wasn't given the option to pick up the tickets at "will call". Instead, I will now have to find someone who can explain what "mobile screencap" is and how it works. Given the demographic of the audience, it is unfortunate (and presumptuous) that we are all expected to be computer savvy beyond being able to send the occasional email and buy the occasional tickets on line.
It was difficult and we couldn't get the barcode to come up for our tickets so we had to go to the box office to get them to send them to us, which was frustrating
I recently bought tickets for Max Amini's show in Toronto and had a very confusing experience.
While I thought I was purchasing directly from Ticketmaster Canada, I was actually redirected to a completely different website called TicketsOnSale — without any clear warning. The website design and confirmation email looked almost identical to Ticketmaster's, which made it extremely misleading. My credit card was charged in U.S. dollars instead of Canadian, and an extra insurance fee was added automatically that I never agreed to. Afterwards, I discovered online that many other people have had the same experience, which shows this is a recurring issue.
There's also no direct customer service phone number to call for help — only email, which makes it difficult to resolve billing problems quickly. I hope Ticketmaster takes steps to better monitor third-party resellers that mimic their brand, so customers aren't misled in the future.
Thank you for letting me share my experience.
I do not understand how im supposed to get my tickets. Do i really need to set up an account with seat geek? This is a lot more confusing than it should be. I thought they were going to be emailed to me?
Wasn't sure if this site is legit since it seemed like a third party. I terms, didnt get tickets within the 24 hours of purchase so was on the edge of suspicious.
Bought and received my tickets…. Purchasing tickets for a Canadian team while residing in Canada, I was directed to an American ticket seller for whatever reason.
I think a better job could be done to avoid this confusion in the future Prices were good and satisfying until converted into Canadian dollars
I thought I was buying tickets through Seat Geek but instead your site hijacked me. I was not a happy camper. Hopefully I will get my tickets for my event. Crossing my fingers,
I purchased the ticket, I do not get the seat and it says it's received and need to accept the ticket!
To complicated I purchase, get order confirmation and then the QR. Why can it be that way?
I would like to have tickets before I provide honest feedback. I am a little unsure that tickets will not be available until April 2nd, the day before the concert. I haven't gotten an email yet to set up account and see no option to create one.
I will change my review after I see my tickets. It's in my calendar to do so as a reminder.Because I have no problem giving a five star review for a wonderful wonderful experience and service.
Getting my tickets, no problem, paying for them. No, problem receiving them. This is the first time I've ever used this company. And of course, when you look up reviews, there's good reviews. There's bad reviews. That's with any company I get it. I understand but I just paid my hard-earned money for a concert that I want to go to to get an email and 2 tickets are there. But there's no barcode, and you don't get the barcode. It says until the day before the concert, which really is unsettling for me and my personality. Because I get that, you've got people that were irresponsible and will lose s*** and whatever. But you know what, I just paid good money for these tickets. You need to give them to me. And now it's my responsibility to hold on to them. Until that date comes about. I don't like the fact that I can't have my barcode until then.So that part blows, so I will change it to a five star.Review when I see my barcode and I know that I actually have my ticket.
Since this is the first time i've used this company, I did call the company well. Not call, because there's no phone number chatted with somebody. And they reassured me and I felt better by the end of the chat. And they even reemailed me the same link that I had already had.And so we shall see, and I have friends that their tickets uploaded.Right into ticketmaster, even though they bought them from another place. And anyway, i'm just very anxious, and I promise I'll change my review once I see my tickets are truly valid. And i'm only this way, because this is the first time i've used this company. And i've been burned before in this world, and it's not a perfect world. I wish it was I hate being skeptical but it's the way this world is and gotta look out for yourself.
I was suspicious at first that I received an email from a name I didn't recognize but the ticket even sent a previous email signaling me to expect an email with my tickets. So I opened the email and from that point forward it was easy as 1-2-3.
I ordered my tickets to the Dave Koz show through TicketsOnSale. I'm a first time user and I found this site to be user friendly. I received my tickets with no problem and received communication from TicketsOnSale during the process. I will definitely order through this service again
Good for my needs. I didn't realize I wasn't using the local center for the arts site. Bummed about that. Hopefully the event insurance I paid $32 for (2 tix) works in case the event gets cancelled.
I thought I was paying $54 for 3 tickets, since know price unit was specified. Turned out I was paying $54/ticket which Iif I had bought on the actual website were only $22/ticket. I also did not recieive a scheduled tour time and when I showed up at General Admission time, the line was so long, I called off the tour of the Jack-o-Lanterns. Too be honest, I didn't event click on the link to retrieve the tix since I was afraid it was a scam. Turns out it was just misleading and unethical marketing based on Reiveiws on Reddit.
I flick a few buttons and got my tickets. Nothing to complain about except maybe the price. I hope the experience and view will be worth the cost. Last year the venue for Randy Feltface was terrible especially for the cost. I have high expectationd that this venue will make the event enjoyable especially for the cost.
You charged me $41 and Cal Poly only charges $13, $12 for Senior ( we are seniors), and $10 kids (we have a 5yr old) I won't be using you again if I can help it. Way to overpriced
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
