My confirmation email indicates total price, however my credit card has been charged significantly more. I have read after purchase, this practice is commonplace with this company. I attend other events throughout the year and will not use this service again.

I believe everything went very well to order the tickets. I guess we will see once the show starts and everything works out and we are in our seat seats.

Still haven't received my tickets for my event tomorrow. Was given a confirmation email and they aaid they'd be available today.

TicketsOnSale was such an easy website to navigate and purchase tickets from! Definitely will recommend to family and friends, as well as using them to purchase future event tickets!

I clicked the link in the first unnecessary/redundant email to confirm that I got my order confirmation email, and apparently, if I don't complete this survey too, you keep emailing me until I do. It's annoying, and won't help the ratings.

Purchasing the tickets was easy enough. I do wish I would receive paper tickets prior to the concert. I have concerns pulling up the tickets on my phone. Sorry I am old.

Easy to use and low fees, better than the other guys

We gave a 3 rating instead of higher because we're confused about parking. We read it's included with the tickets than received an email about purchasing parking passes. Which is it and how do we get our free parking passes?

Purchasing was relatively easy but it became confusing when I started to get e—mails from both Tickets on Sale and Ticketmaster with no clear way of knowing when I would get my tickets.

I think it was a little hard to use and need better way of getting tickets, as having sign up for app to receive them first.

The purchase was easy, however I am not super thrilled that I could not pick my seats. Was able to choose the row but not the seats. For 4 large people it is not the greatest not being able to pick the exact seats I was buying. We will be in the middle of the row! Boo!

It was good, got good seats and was done with ease. I haven't received my tickets yet.

I can't plan for hotel and transportation unless I actually know I have show tickets!

Not proper notice that TicketsOnSale is a reseller with zero control over the tickets. I am not expected to receive the tickets until the day before the show. How is someone supposed to travel, book transportation, accomodations etc and not have tickets - what if the Seller fades? Not good - wont be using the web site again.
