Not proper notice that TicketsOnSale is a reseller with zero control over the tickets. I am not expected to receive the tickets until the day before the show. How is someone supposed to travel, book transportation, accomodations etc and not have tickets - what if the Seller fades? Not good - wont be using the web site again.
I had a bad experience. There was no indication that I had to pay in US dollars. I would never in my life pay 250 dollars per ticket to see a show.

Very hard to get the tickets, find out how much they cost, the fact that. They were priced in US was not obvious - and then cap that off by making it impossible to get help since the chat bot on the service site had very stock inquiries it could handle. Then I had to download the website if I wanted to get my tickets - what ever happened to being able to opt to have them delivered to my in box?
The tickets are extremely overpriced. They were not clear about the fact that you can't cancel your order. I recommend Gametime or directly from the venue for a far more reasonable price.

Initial process was very quick and easy. Had tickets in my wallet within minutes of initiating.
Subsequent communication was poor. I received six different notifications about a change in game time. Some changing it one way, others changing it back. Attempted to call customer service but was stuck in call tree loops that did not address my question of whether game time was changed or not. No option to speak to a person that I could find. I ended up checking other sources to get reliable info. In the end there was not (or never had been) a change in the game time.
I liked that I had several options to choose from. It was easy to see where the seats were. The purchase process was smooth as well.

There is deceptive marketing when purchasing tickets. First, you don't show the where the seats are exactly. Our tickets were rated 9.8 out of 10 for the section we picked. Then when I received the tickets, I noticed it said that they would most likely have obstructed view. I went back on and I had to look lower then my screened displayed to see this disclaimer before purchase. That's just not right. There does not seem to have any facility to cancel purchases within a specific timeframe - again just not a consumer friendly practice.
I'd like to see the free seats on the visual rather than simply getting suggestions.
I thought I was buying directly from the venue but was mistaken. When I tried to cancel the order I was denied. I have the tickets now and will deal with it on my own.
I accidentally bought a ticket through your site, and there was no way of refunding the ticket which was double the asking price from the venue that still had tickets.
I thought I was buying a ticket outright from the Met's website. Then you proceeded to send multiple emails with urgent action required to have some chick Ashley's tickets transferred to me when I thought the purchase process was complete. Super misleading and frustrating process overall. Be more transparent about resale and ticket transfers in the future.

Buying the tickets was easy. Had no issues just wish I didnt have to wait until it got closer to the event to receive my tickets.
I should have an electronic copy of my ticket right away after I purchase it... I still do not have my copy to get into the concert. Not happy
Tried to cancel my order and was told I couldn't but the email asking me to confirm my purchase specifically mentions actions to take if I canceled my purchase so I feel misled and lied to.
It was smooth and easy ordering with TicketsOnSale and I got good price and a confirmation email right away. Although the event I purchased for is not until July, it makes me nervous not to have my actual tickets/QR Code. Maybe they said when I would get it in some correspondence but I couldn't find anything so that makes me nervous. Other than that, they've been great!

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
