Buying tickets was easy, although I did not realize I was on a third party resale site until after I paid. I do not like that you don't receive your tickets as soon as you purchase them. I'm still waiting for delivery and the exact seats have still not been confirmed only the row, we are less than a week out for performance. I guess I will review again after receiving my actual tickets.

Your Website offered tickets before they actually went on sale publicly. As a result I paid more than twice the price of the tickets once they went on sale. I believe you should reimburse the difference. I paid more than $500 for two tickets but the actual ticket price was $95 per ticket.
Got into the venue at 6:50 for 7:30 show didn't start at time at 7:45 they announce they are dealing with sound issues and it would be another 5 minutes. Then at 8 pm
They said they would try one more thing and if that didn't work they would start refunding tickets. Usher said she's been working there.for thirty years and nothing like this has ever happened. Went up to get refund and because they were third party tickets from this site and my name wasn't on the ticket I couldn't get a refund. I learned the hard way and implore anyone reading this to never ever ever ever ever use a third party site like smartcustomer.com I feel like the dumbest customer ever for using smart customer
When i purchase the ticket in ticket master on sale. I thought is cheapest. And on sale but to expensive thought their not give us a totally sale even vip there is a svip ticket that totally cheapest thatn the vip but i mostake to purchae the ticket in vip instead of svip. But when i call the ticket.master on sale to rufund our ticket they told mo is on sale no refunded so is not totally help to me. So i'm so disappointed the ticket bit is already there no choice. The only option resale the ticket that i bought. But i don't have time to do that. That why i leave it that way.

I purchased two tickets for a seated row and received confirmation of the tickets in that row. When I later received a digital version of the two tickets, they were for a (non-seated) General Admission section. The website valued those General Admission tickets for a cost that was $76 less than what I paid for. I've contacted TicketsOnSale via email and telephone. My guess is that there was only one seated ticket available, but don't understand why their program let me order and pay for two. I was told there was nothing TicketsOnSale could do.
As an older person in our tech driven society I was appalled that I couldn't just print my ticket. A lot of us don't use our phones for more than calls, texts and photos. So getting my ticket meant I had to do all kinds of complicated and time consuming things that I found baffling and frustrating. I DO have my ticket on my phone now but it was (as we said in my day) a hassle.

I was ordering tickets for a local concert and clicked on the wrong page. The Tickets on Sale site appeared to me to be the venue's ticket site and I ended up paying 3 times the price for tickets. Completely my mistake. The concert was cancelled due to weather and I used my credit (no refunds) to buy one ticket for the show this year, which was now 5 times the cost of the tickets through the venue. My bad, they got me, I'd advise others to be careful where they are purchasing from.
I'm a senior and when I purchased the tickets, I did not realize that it was US funds and by the time my ticket arrived with the exchange rate I wasn't pleased.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
