The site is a Ticketmaster clone! Read the fine print before you buy tickets from here, or even better, don't buy from here. The tickets are twice the price of "real" tickets, the seats are not guaranteed, and you don't receive your tickets until hours before the event. Then there are ridiculous instructions on what to do if the venue doesn't recognize the tickets as valid. Like you're going to be able to get a confirmation from the venue that you presented bogus tickets and were refused entry, just to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I was told I needed the adobe app on my phone to upload tickets but not sure I needed it.

I cannot find my two tickets that I paid for to go to the Elton John tribute concert at Pechanga. You never sent them to me.
I got the email with a link to get my tickets. I wanted to add them to my Apple wallet. After wading through a lot of clutter on the linked page, there was finally a button to add them to my wallet. It didn't work. I chatted with help. They couldn't make it work either. I had to download the Ticketmaster app, setup an account, update my password, wade through setting up a passkey. Wade through a whole bunch more crap I don't care about. FINALLY I have my tickets in that unwanted app (which I have to wade through obscure menus to get the tickets to display.). The tickets are still not in my Apple wallet.
Next time, when you send the email with the tickets, how about just including a button to add them to my wallet. And make the button work!

I did not realize I was on a platform NOT purchasing from the theater. I did not know I would not get my seat info/confirmation/tickets instantly. Not until date of performance. I did not know I might have to download an APP to get ticket info. As a WA State Senator I find this VERY disturbing and will be looking into legislation.

When I purchased the tickets, it was supposed to be a mobile transfer and now I'm getting an email saying the cricket won't be available until the June 21, which is the day of the event so no, I'm not very happy about that. I want my tickets now. If someone from customer service, could please call me at *******080 at least text me an update on when I'm gonna get these tickets. It also references some type of transfer. It doesn't even say where the tickets would be transferred so I spent a lot of money and I have nothing but an email saying I'll have my tickets on the day of the event.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
