They tricked me into buying a parking ticket for a venue which parking is included with your ticket and they would not let me cancel my ticket.
You sold $83 parking tickets for a venue that offers free parking. When I learned parking was free you would not cancel my ticket and reimburse me. You took advantage of me and probably many others. I will never buy tickets from you again. I will tell everyone I know to never buy tickets from you.
Not happy with not receiving electronic tickets shortly after completing sale. Still waiting.

I like being able to actually print a ticket, or being able to take a screenshot and use that as my proof of purchase. Not every person is tech savvy.

Purchased tickets for an event next month and I recieved my confirmation email, but it says the tickets might not be available until the day of the show. I am travelling from Canada to the US and so it's important to me to have the tickets before the day of the show. Days after the confirmation email I recieved a second email asking if I had recieved a confirmation email. I am seriously doubting the validity of this ticket service and I am now aware I was charged double the selling price of the tickets for this event. I'm disappointed about over paying, but as long as I recieve my tickets before the event date I will be happy.
I don't really remember anything about the transaction so it must not have been negative. I am surprised that i did not receive any scannable code for the tickets.

I bought a ticket, within a couple days the ticket was transferred to my ticketmaster account. Had to click a few links to get there but it was all straight forward.
Concert tickets, such as yours, in general are priced out of reach for most people. You could lower your price so more people can enjoy the artists. You are too greedy.
I purchased Brian Adams' concert tickets for what I thought was a pretty hefty price of $850. That's on me. What I didn't appreciate was seeing my Mastercard statement for over $1100. Nowhere was explained that the $850 was American funds. Most legitimate sites make the conversion for you once you enter your Canadian address. Very much not appreciated.
