I didn't know I was ordering thru a 3rd party when I placed my order for tickets. I am quite nervous that I won't get what I ordered and wont know about it until the day of the event! We will see

I went on the site because it said ticketmaster. I purchased thinking it was ticketmaster. Considering the tickets were very expensive, I am nervous. Considering it is a resale site and i've never bought anything from it before. I had written customer service about my concerns end a reassured me. However, I absolutely do not like that it says i will be receiving my tickets one day before the concert. I am also nervous because the reviews stay tickets come either very late or don't come at all. My experience is ongoing.
The site was very easy to use from finding tickets to completing my purchase. I do NOT like how I will not get my tickets (electronically) until days before the concert. That has me seriously worried given how much I just paid for 4 tickets to an out of town concert. It feels very risky.
It would be nice to have more functionality to see the exact seats in each section earlier in the purchase process.

I haven't bought concert tickets in along time, last time I did I had to go to a ticket master store usually in some mall and physically buy a ticket and get handed a ticket, so this was new to me but have to say definitely easier this way and the email contact was consistent and qwick. Definitely will do it again.
E mails were prompt and informative. I was happy to receive the tickets promptly as opposed to waiting close to the performance date... which is stressful.
The cost of the tickets were significantly higher than Ticketmaster though
The email says I won't receive my tickets for another 6 weeks which seems bizarre. Not sure if this is a scam.
The ticket purchase was placed on whole in the past I buy the ticket and I get the ticket it was about 24 hours before I received the ticket

I was able to buy BTS tickets in a legit 5 minutes or less without the stress of having to go through the whole stadium to find a seat like on Ticketmaster. They already that done for you just had to pick the seat that you wanted for the price that best fit your range and then pay!

The ordering was easy enough and very fast but I would feel better if my tickets were transferred, I received a confirmation email but no tickets
Higher priced tickets and you cannot cancel once confirmed even though the event isn't taking place until the end of July. Confirmation took place immediately.
The web site said tickets $150,00 but when we went to purchase they were $200.00 a piece. We did not get to choose the location in the row.
The tickets were easy to purchase however the time it will take to get the actual tickets is excessive. If this was relayed to me at time of purchase I did not see it. Now knowing I have to wait and go through Ticketmaster I would have bought directly through them.
When my credit card was charged it became clear that the ticket price, which I took to be Canadian $s was in fact US$
