I purchased Brian Adams' concert tickets for what I thought was a pretty hefty price of $850. That's on me. What I didn't appreciate was seeing my Mastercard statement for over $1100. Nowhere was explained that the $850 was American funds. Most legitimate sites make the conversion for you once you enter your Canadian address. Very much not appreciated.

The ticket purchase was easy. The delivery of my tickets on game day was too complicated. There is definitely a gap in the clarity of procedural instructions. I ended up having to figure it out myself. The customer service rep. Followed the procedure flow chart but didn't know where the actual tickets were. The tickets were actually in a MLB account that I found on my own on the venue's website. Probably will avoid using such a complicated system with gaps like that in the future... sorry!

I unfortunately used this service by mistake. I was caught up by the excitement of the event and the pressure of it being almost sold-out. Since the TicketsOnSale was the first link that appeared when I typed the name of the venue in my browser, I went ahead and used it. No message of it not being the actual venue or the warning/disclaimer that this is a re-sale service. I realized too late that I was not at the venue website (after I clicked the purchase button). Now, I am stuck with a ridiculously priced ticket (more than three times the venue price) which I cannot cancel and get my money back. They don't even have a 24 hrs grace period for mistakes like this. I am so frustrated, and still don't have the tickets in my possession.

I bought a ticket but it didn't "process" but charged my credit card. I bought another ticket and it went through! I didn't have the app on my phone so I had to get my ticket at the ticket office. Once I got in I downloaded the app. The paper ticket and the app ticket were different. No refund for the unused ticket. Get the app first then buy the ticket!

Went online to buy tickets thinking I was on Okanagan event center site. Purchased tickets and after I paid it showed up that it was US dollars.Thi is a Canadian event at a Canadian venue.Feel I was scammed. No opportunity to cancel purchase.
Also don't like that I don't have a seat number til 9/11.Just a section and row.
Feel it was now overpriced compared to prices I see on a Canadian site.

I bought tickets for the Iceman Ice Hockey Game the day of the supposedly event but there was no game to show for it, there were a few others who showed up to the Arena but it was closed. I booked the event to surprise my hubby and unfortunately, things didn't work out…I just want a refund. I should've called the Arena ahead of time but I was slammed at work and didn't have time. But for the future, I'll make sure there's an actual event going on before booking tickets and getting excited. Outside of that, tickets come pretty quick and you're able to transfer them to friends/ family. It's a really smooth process so I like that a lot.
