I was able to buy BTS tickets in a legit 5 minutes or less without the stress of having to go through the whole stadium to find a seat like on Ticketmaster. They already that done for you just had to pick the seat that you wanted for the price that best fit your range and then pay!

Higher priced tickets and you cannot cancel once confirmed even though the event isn't taking place until the end of July. Confirmation took place immediately.
The web site said tickets $150,00 but when we went to purchase they were $200.00 a piece. We did not get to choose the location in the row.

I had a friend buy his tickets direct from Ticketmaster. When I went back to the event website, it wasn't your site it took me to but right to ticket master instead.
Using your website cost me an additional $40 per ticket.

At 10th of April I did not get access / availability to Saturday Package tickets as announced on Laver Cup 2026 Web pages from that date and time 11:00h Brittish time. To ensure reservation of tickets that day I bought for separate Day (Session 3) and Night (Session 4) Sessions for me and my son (Order # ******* and # *******). Total price for these tickets / orders (2 of persons)(696,40USD + 604,40USD) is 1300, 00 USD. Today when I checked price for Saturday package now available is 609,50GBR. Section is 404 for both of the prices, but row and seat may be slight different.The price difference is significant, approximately 350GBR, which correspond to ca 36% less in price for Saturday package versus single Session 3 and Session 4 tickets.
Is it possible to exchange the single Session 3 and Session 4 tickets to Saturday package now afterwards?
I received confirmation but I was expecting to see bar codes for each ticket but your confirmation email did not provide them. Then I revisited the tickets on sale website and it did not recognize my email address. I planned on calling the 800 phone number this morning to confirm my tickets
The purchase process was easy, but I felt like an idiot for paying the amount I did. I assumed I was paying the fair face value, bc I purchased from the sales site that I was lead to. Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
