Heard Deep Purple was coming, my older brother's favourite band! Went online and purchased the tickets just as simply as ever.
At 10th of April I did not get access / availability to Saturday Package tickets as announced on Laver Cup 2026 Web pages from that date and time 11:00h Brittish time. To ensure reservation of tickets that day I bought for separate Day (Session 3) and Night (Session 4) Sessions for me and my son (Order # ******* and # *******). Total price for these tickets / orders (2 of persons)(696,40USD + 604,40USD) is 1300, 00 USD. Today when I checked price for Saturday package now available is 609,50GBR. Section is 404 for both of the prices, but row and seat may be slight different.The price difference is significant, approximately 350GBR, which correspond to ca 36% less in price for Saturday package versus single Session 3 and Session 4 tickets.
Is it possible to exchange the single Session 3 and Session 4 tickets to Saturday package now afterwards?
I received confirmation but I was expecting to see bar codes for each ticket but your confirmation email did not provide them. Then I revisited the tickets on sale website and it did not recognize my email address. I planned on calling the 800 phone number this morning to confirm my tickets
The purchase process was easy, but I felt like an idiot for paying the amount I did. I assumed I was paying the fair face value, bc I purchased from the sales site that I was lead to. Now, I know to read the fine print, and this is a resale website. Looking forward to seeing two incredible women sing their hearts out!
I didn't realize this was a 3rd party vendor. The show I bought tickets for is months out and it says I'll receive my tickets the day the show. Now I have to just wait until that day to see if Ive been ripped off? I feel mislead and don't like it.

Just cancelled my order for no reason. Now the the event protection you push doesn't match event transaction. You just make trouble when just trying to buy tickets.
Too many steps, emails and instructions required to obtain tickets. Would have liked to have been able to view which seats I was purchasing before completing the transaction. I had to Google to see if I could find floorplans posted online of the Burton coming centre that indicated seat numbers.
Hard to tell if I will actually get the tickets, especially since they won't be delivered till the day before the show. I am flying internationally so it makes the trip more stressful than it should be.
I thought the TicketsForSale site was Stratford site. When I phoned Stratford they said many people were falling for the same site. When I asked Tickets for sale to cancel my purchase they said no possibility.
I received confirmation but not tickets yet. It is hard to review when the sale is not complete. I'll be happy to review again when I actually receive the tickets.

I made error but will keep ticket. Your company was just inserted and looked like I was on sute I needed to be on in my frenzy getting tickets. I needed 3 in total... and was just trying to add oneore.
Now tickets are more. I would prefer the 53 dollar extra ticket.
