The purchase was super easy, but the fees (which are not clearly called out at the time) were Very High - 40% of the ticket cost! The transfer was not completed as expected and I was on the phone the day off the event sorting out new tickets. The customer service to complete that was excellent, I would just have preferred smooth sailing from go.
I ordered from the wrong site. I called and the automatic line said no refunds. I wanted an aisle I seat but I ex not able to select the seats I wanted.
