The purchase was super easy, but the fees (which are not clearly called out at the time) were Very High - 40% of the ticket cost! The transfer was not completed as expected and I was on the phone the day off the event sorting out new tickets. The customer service to complete that was excellent, I would just have preferred smooth sailing from go.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
