I am on holiday using a data only SIM card email and whatsap but not traditional text phone. So after purchasing tickets found that they could only be accessed through the app which needed a 2nd level of security through a text message. Hence it was a real struggle to access my tickets.
I was very skeptical after I purchased concert tickets on this site after I read all the bad reviews. I thought I had been scammed. I thought it was weird that I could buy tickets before they even went on sale. I did receive my tickets the day the tickets did go on sale.
Why do I not get the ticket right away? Why does it only get sent the day before the show? What if I don't receive it? It doesn't give you much time to follow up.
There were orchestra seats available but TicketsOnSale did not allow me to buy a single seat. Instead I had to pay more than 2x face value on a balcony seat at the end of a row that went completely unsold.
I placed my order and immediately got an email saying the order had been "set for cancellation." What does that even mean? So I fired off an email asking what the deal was and as soon as I sent it I got another from them saying: "We noticed Order #******* has been cancelled. We have reviewed the order and determined that it was canceled in error."
What the hell?
So I placed another order and got the confirmation, but I don't feel good that secure about it.
I was unaware that I would be paying in USA funds. It was upsetting when I saw the amount.
