I purchased tickets for a football game with this service. I spent nearly $200 and it looks like I won't be getting any tickets. This may be a scam. They told me the tickets would be sent to my email. But the email said I have to go to a web site. Then the website refused to recognize my email address, saying I did not have an account. So I tried creating an account. It said I need a password. There are long and complex rules for creating a password. I thought I would use it only once, and my computer said it would remember, so I accepted the complex password. Then it says the tickets will be sent to my phone, but I have to log in with that password. I have no way of getting that password. I am screwed. I advise people not to fall for this.

Chat staff got frustrated with me moving slower than them & call was disconnected, customer service not was it used to be. Hope our tickets get found or we get our money returned.

I reported that my card was used fraudulently and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They couldn't tell me how they determine that it was a legit purchase. They also wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. So I will be posting everywhere that I can about this site.

The event is in Toronto. I have to pay in US dollars. This is a total scam. I will never use this site again! Ever! For $388 dollars for 2 tickets... I have to pay over $525 canadian
And there is no refund available! Ever!

The regular price for 2 tickets to the show we saw was $81.90. Their price was $198.00 plus another $47.00 in service fees. I think this is outrageous. I would never use this site again.

I purchased 6 game tickets together at high price, then received after the fact that they would not be together and not available for resale as the tickets transfer the day of the event, if then

I bought 4 tickets for Bill Mahar and paid over $700.00. The show was cancelled and rescheduled to a date when some of our party couldn't attend. I was told they wouldn't give me a refund but I could try to sell my tickets. I found out the actual price for 4 tickets was only $250.00 so I couldn't sell the tickets. I spoke with a representative from Ticket Center but they wouldn't help. I would never buy from TicketCenter again and would advise others that they will rip you off.

Only scalpers sell tickets on this site. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED! And sometimes your tickets become "invalid"(see photo) for no known reason, with no help from customer service.

Bought tickets for a concert that wasn't even sold out and was charged was $43 more than face value of the ticket and could not get a refund even though I asked for one the same day of the purchase.

I am beyond upset with how things are going. STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKET TRANSFER! I can't recommend this way to get tickets. My money has been taken. No tickets yet in my account. Still shows no tickets purchased in my account. Email saying that the tickets have been transferred. I will never use this site anymore. Sincerely a very upset customer!

The ticketing process is cumbersome. I was trying to get tickets for my family of 9 members to attend the Houston Astros home game against the Kansas City Royals on Aug. 29. Finding an available section was not easy as there is no map of available seats that I could see. I was finally able to get the whole group in two different rows (one of four individuals and another of five individuals). However, once I obtained my receipts, I see that one group is scheduled for Aug. 29, and the other group is scheduled for Aug. 30. So now I have to figure out how to fix that, which will likely involve canceling those reservations and starting all over again. In addition, I have tried to add the proof of purchase requested by converting my PDF files to the PNG format requested, but this review app will not accept those documents.

I was in a hurry- thought I was buying tickets to the baseball game from the team site but it was these scammers and I ended up paying more than double the price of a ticket if I had been just a bit more careful. No recourse to be had. Avoid avoid avoid this website.

Scammers! They pretend that they can sell tickets for a group or event, but will charge triple the amount to get the tickets themselves. They pretend to be able to help you if there is an issue but will do nothing once they've taken your money. And if you fall for getting the insurance for the tickets, you'll be out even more money as they won't reimburse you without a medical reason and may still even deny you. Don't use tickets-center.com!

Bought tickets, never received them, they claimed that sometimes my email "auto accepts" and they cannot do anything about it. I saw no tickets even after the event which they said I was sent an email the morning of.

I purchase tickets to an October 4th event on June 30th. After the purchase, I received an email that the tickets would not be sent to me until October 4th. THE DAY OF THE EVENT. After spending almost an hour on their chat app, I got absolutely nowhere. Just kept getting scripted text about how they are dedicated the seller (what about the buyer?). I also learned that the seller may not even have the tickets in their possession when they sell them. This is my first time and last time I use Tickets-com. I am running back to Stub hub.

This website is misleading and is a re-sale venue with inflated prices. You may be able to find a better deal by buying directly from the event venue or StubHub or Ticket Master.

I bought a ticket for the Styx Foreigner concert in Utah on 26 June 2024. I later found that I could have bought the ticket for nearly $100 less. Then, even though they sent me emails with a link to ACCEPT TICKET... every time I clicked the link it said, "Oops, Something Went Wrong" (see photo below). I contacted their customer service. We worked for over an hour and a half, but couldn't resolve the problem. I asked for my money back. They said that they could NOT refund my money. I have tried and tried to get my ticket... but I can't. I do NOT recommend this seller of Tickets. My experience was horrible... and I never did get my ticket. I am now working with my CC company to try and get my money back. Stay Away.
