On 03/17/2026 we attended a Journey concert and paid $129 for "premium parking" in an event adjact parking garage that was a 0.20 mile walk to the event via an enclosed walkway. When we arrived at the garage 30 minutes early the attendant would not let us enter and sent us to a surface lot 0.70 miles from the event. We are in our mid 70's and it was a difficult walk for my wife. I spent hours on theit chat line and on the phone but got nowhere with them.
Poor. Mislead at online tickets at purchase. Thought I was purchasing VIP tickets. Did not. Very upset. Not finished with this matter. Unfair advertising! Also never received parking tickets. Told the would be sent by email. Never received. AI bot useless. At current ticket prices, pay for a better AI or have a CS person available.
I purchased 3 tickets for a 1:00 pm Baseball Game. When I received the tickets, the game time was shown as 6:00 pm. I don't drive as night due to age and vision issues so I could not attend a 6:00 pm game. I contacted Tickets Center to cancel the order and receive a refund. At first, they said they could not find the order. After filing a dispute on PayPal, they suddenly found the order and disputed the time. When I proved they listed the game for 1:00 pm but it was actually at 6:00 pm, they apologized and said it was their policy to not provide refunds. So for their mistake, they cost me $146.
I bought two tickets to a show by Greg Warren on 1/10/26 for $268.33 from TicketsCenter. Email instructed that the tickets were 'will call', that is you get them at the venue. At the venue, they could not find my name. I showed the hostess the email from TIcket-Center.com. She told me that they do not honor tickets from that company. Fortunately, I was to purchase two tickets at the venue... for $67.12. I reached out to TicketsCenter support. This turned out to be an endless loop, providing information responding to emails and then getting the original set of questions again. Ulimately I did get a refund.
Purchased 4 BU hockey tickets - that went fine. HOWEVER, the TicketsCenter site then prompted me to purchase event parking which I did for convenience. Problem is the parking pass I purchased is for a garage near Harvard Square. What a ripoff! I'll never use TicketsCenter again.
Seamless, process, but 3 times the price at the venue website. Shop there first and definitely shop around at these 3rd party vendors. Prices do vary greatly! Don't go for the 1st vendor that pops up!
Buyer beware! They have this counter on the site that has no other purpose than to make you think that it is the number of tickets being sold, and they warn in a manner that makes one think that the tickets are selling out.
When you try using their support they send a form letter and provide no way to get a refund, even though they used the counter to trick you into buying now, rather than shopping around, where in this case was a sizable percentage over other sellers.
You will not be refunded if you take the bait of the gimmick counter. The fact that they use such tactics leaves proves that they are not trustworthy to begin with.
Do not buy from Tickets-Center! This company is a classic example of false advertising and shady business practices. Their website looks like an official ticket seller, but it's just a reseller with sky-high markups. They make sneaky claims about a "100% buyer guarantee" but don't actually stand behind it.
I never received the tickets I paid for, and their customer service was completely useless—rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve the problem. They waited until the last minute, made excuses, and then left me scrambling with no way into the event. On top of that, they refuse refunds and hide behind fine print.
Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and disappointment. Tickets-Center is not trustworthy. Buy directly from the venue or an authorized seller. Don't make the mistake I did—avoid this site at all costs!
I could not buy the amount of tickets I was looking for, i wanted to buy seven tickets and I just bought 6 because the web page did not help me at all, and when I tried to buy the 7th ticket it was impossible
I thought I was on Ticket Master and bought tickets for an event. Bought the cheapest ones. It wasn't until I got the emails after purchasing I realized what had happened. I looked at Ticket Master and realized I was overcharged $327 for two tickets.
I paid for the tickets, but I will only actually receive them on the AXS app as late as a day before the concert. I should not be charged for something I have not actually received. This is an unfair practice
Absolutely scam site, they intentionally make it look like ticket master, they never send the tickets, they charge higher prices, they cancel your order after you pay, then refund you a small portion. This company is a complete nightmare... you've been warned... stay away, save your money and sanity... complete scam...
It was pretty easy to purchase tickets! Having the additional fees upfront also makes decision-making easier.
I thought I was buying tickets from Ticket Master so I am worried now because I don't have the tickets and I received an email saying I bought a parking pass in Georgia USA but the ply is in Vancouver BC?
I bought the tickets from Ticket Center!
I somehow got on their website while thinking I was on the boxoffice site. They make you think that with their presentation. Jacked up prices and fees turned what should have been $24 tickets into $90 tickets. I got scammed.
Garbage company. Do not under any circumstances purchase from these people. I was sold GA tickets for an event at a premium price for a section which does not exist, and am now working on getting the purchase disputed
Total scam. Over priced and they will screw you over. Buy from another legit site that isn't out to just take you money
Event was Dead & Co. Concert at The Sphere in Las Vegas where the venue is very much an integral part of the experience … it's an IMAX theater on steroids. I was NOT informed that my seats had obstructed views. We could only see the BOTTOM 20% of the screen! I won't even go into how angry I am about that. NO EXCUSE for not informing.
We bought tickets through the AXS app and unfortunately they went through this $#*!ty 3rd party tickets-center service. For many weeks my tickets didn't show up. I called multiple times to finally get someone who could help my get my tickets. Secondly, the original date for the concert was postponed due to weather. It was postponed to a date that we could not make it due to a death in the family. Even though I received an email stating I could get a refund, when I called customer service they refused to provide a refund and said I should go to Google to sell my tickets. Horrible customer service... avoid at all costs.
I purchased a good ticket. Two days before, I received the ticket, except it wasn't the one I bought. They said "sorry" and offered $25 for the "inconvenience" or a refund. I took the refund because the other offer was insulting. It is 9 weeks later, and I still don't have the refund. And I followed THEIR instructions. And every time I call, I get different information. They claim they can't issue a refund if there is a dispute, but meanwhile, they got their money. Per their instructions, I removed the dispute (and was recharged on my CC) but still no refund because they say it's in dispute. BEWARE of doing business. If you do, make sure you get the EXACT right tickets. ANd don't handle via PayPal because it all becomes a nightmare.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
