High fee percentage… as per usual with any third party ticketing site… but it was easy to use so I'll take it

I was hoodwinked into buying on this site, and paid $20 per ticket over face, plus a $30 "convenience fee" meaning I overpaid by 60% what I would have had I purchased directly from the Oregon Symphony web site or ticket office. Did I get the tickets? Yes. Am I happy to have the tickets? Yes. Am I pissed off at basically paying double? Oh **$#*! YES**. 0/10 will not repeat.

Very helpful. Would like to order more from this service. Can't wait for the new one. I would like to know how to proceed.

Got my tickets within 3 days of purchase. Happy with service. They were expensive but less expensive than what the venue was selling.

I have tickets. I originally purchased through seat geek. They took my money then reported the match has been cancelled. They charged me 100.00 for four tickets. They wouldn't sell three. I bought worse seats from you for $100.00 a piece.?

I warn you stay clear of this website. I purchased t2 tickets to a local baseball game for a father and son night, and was under the impression that the tickets were $44 dollars a piece and bought them thinking I would be giving my son a wonderful experience. Well when I printed off the tickets it had $12 on it hat a complete rip off! I was over charged with taxes and ridiculous fees about $110 that buys a lot of hot dogs and souvenirs for an 8 year old boy. And also dont waste your time calling there customer service, they are complete useless and cant speak fluent english. Please take my warning and stay clear!

I ordered tickets to a concert and was expecting to pick my seats. If I am reading it correctly, I will not receive my tickets until the day before the concert. I would like more control over my purchase, picking my seats etc. I like to sit on the end of the row and I am afraid I will be stuck between others. I am a rarely large person and will not do well crammed in between people.

Buyer beware! They just sold me fast passes that are NOT EVEN tickets, with no indication they are not tickets. I realized this as soon as I downloaded them & they won't do anything. Their Customer Service is a joke. They told me to go back online and purchase the tickets (at double face value) to go with these worthless fast passes. I will never use this site again. Buyer beware - this is a SCAM!

Purchased 3 tickets for Hamilton at $350, when they sent the e-ticket to me it had $149 printed on it. I contacted the Kennedy Center and was informed I did not purchase the tickets from them. At closer review I called Ticket-Center.com (1800#) they said they could charge me the market place value of $350 but only supply me with the actual value of the ticket which was $149 - that was not explicit to me nor did I realize I wasn't on the venue's site. This seems deceptive, wrong and harmful and turned a birthday event upside down.

We had 2 seats at the Turning Stone Casino last night. I did the ticket purchase through Tickets-Center.com at no point in the transaction was there any mention of Standing room only, in fact each of the floor sections were numbered by row and seat number.
We get to the venue and once clearing security we were told our seats were standing only. We went to the local box office and while they were very nice it was a sold out show and they had no other seats. At this point I am still fighting the mental battle of did I miss something? The gentleman shows me his floor plan from Ticketmaster and it shows the whole area as standing only. I then told him of the venue map from Tickets-Center showing seats there. He apologized and explained we needed to call them for help.
At that point we headed back home. I'm disabled and can't stand for 3 hours. Upon arriving home, we started what would be a very painful experience. We repeated the story and many of the facts over 6 times. No integrity on doing business, no interest in owning the transaction or honoring the warranty, lastly no credit or refund. We were told they would not own this issue we have to contact the venue. I explained for the last time we had done exactly that and they told us to come back to Tickets-Center. It was an exercise in futility. Please, Please get to know the facility before purchasing tix, don't be mislead and lastly I hope this note helps someone before they can do this to another person.

Easy to order. Received tickets fast. Easy pdf for fast download and very easy to print. Will use again.
