Very easy instructions, map was well layered out to find available seating. I would definitely buy tickets again

For $40 worth of tickets I payed $150. I only knew about the actual price when I had them printed at the time of the event. No refund policy. Incredibly bad customer service. Will never use this website again. Also warning to others do not use.

Was easy and fast to get the emailed back but still waiting on the email for the tickets but overall has been a good experience

The System is easy to use. I picked my seats and was able to see where they are located. Once the seats were picked, I was able to checked out in matter of seconds.

I get that the resell market allows for mark ups on tickets, but this was ridiculous! I purchased tickets from other resell sites before but, again, this was ridiculous. I ordered the tickets (2) to the event about a month prior to the show. The total, w/ taxes and fees came out to $175. I had to actually print out the tickets and it was then I noticed that the original purchaser of the tickets had purchased them for $17.00/ticket! That's price gouging if I've ever seen. I had no idea prior that the tickets were this low at face value. Buyer beware of this site, never again will I purchase tickets from here.

Brought box seats can not verify the seller or the location of the tickets. Support services not helpful if you have a problem. I would not use this service again.

This company is nothing more than an online scalping business.
They sold me tickets to a comedy show for 195$ and when I received them in the mail I noticed they where purchased from ticketmaster for half the price ticketcenter sold them to me.
Also when google searching for ticketmaster the scalping company ticketcenter ads pops up first results don't be fooled. They are charging you double.

Too many steps to be able to see tickets, should be more user friendly. Next time I probably will buy directedly from the venue
