I wouldnt say Sucks at first but certainly not any thing I wanted to have to join -Very difficult to navigate site and they charge you 60$ before you can place an order
I need one thing they carry then even trying to post this review they want you to join something else and post a screenshot - so yeah - sucks
In trying to place an order, there is one pop up screen after another getting in the way. I was forced to sign up for text messages in order to proceed. If you are not super careful, you can easily sign up for auto ship. I have been ordering since the birth of this company and most of the products I loved were discontinued. Lots of changes, none are good except I must say, I love the mascara. It has made a huge difference for my dry eyes

I have been a member since about 2013 and they packing of the boxes over the last few years has gone way down hill! I have switched mostly to VitaCoast. Thrive seems to just throw items in a box and call it good, numerous orders lately have been open, leaking, and or broken.

I've been with Thrive Market since the very beginning, and I've loved watching them grow. They were already great when I first joined, and they just keep getting better. I genuinely love their product selection, the savings I get, the thoughtful design of their website, and the care they put into the branding of their own products. And honestly, not having to schlep heavy pantry staples home is such a game changer!
Great quality meats and poultry. They take the time to package the frozen foods very securely and they stay frozen. I have to pick mine up at a PO box. Twice I've had to leave them there overnight and they were still frozen. Other companies didn't do the same. Thank you Thrive.

I love the products and not having to go to Whole Foods is wonderful. My biggest complaint is when I'm ordering for immediate delivery and they end up on a subscription, getting it off took forever... I think it could be more user friendly. I feel as if it's intentional. And then end up paying a fortune to have one item delivered because you didn't know it ended up in that cart. I learned from that mistake but today when ordering a bunch of items, a bag of chips ended up in the subscription. I had to go to my laptop to try to figure out how to remove it because couldn't find it on my phone. Then I had to go from a virtual person to a live person and wait 15 minutes at least to try to resolve this. I am techy savvy and this is not unusual when dealing with your site for me that it makes me dread using it. Other than that, products are great. Also, when an item comes broken and you give credit towards it, I think it should be reimbursed to the card instead of being forced to place another order anytime soon. Just my experience. You do have great products and delivery service.

My new customer membership was supposed to come with a free gift, they didn't send it. But the worst part was the TERRIBLE quality of Thrive brand dried organic beans, pinto and great northern. Both bags had to be thrown out, that's how bad the quality was. Wasn't offered a refund for the unusable products or the membership fee. I regret wasting my time and money trying them out.

I love Thrive market their Thrive items are very reasonably priced and they have the best organic and wild caught grocery items on the market! Love how they seem to know just what I need and their recommendations are spot on!

I have to admit I'm definitely willing to splurge when it comes to groceries, love going to Whole Foods, Sprouts, Nugget Market, Etc. HOWEVER, I decided to try Thrive Market and the whole process has been disappointing and honestly annoying. Just to SEE what products they have you have to subscribe to their monthly subscription, not that cheap at $12/month. (WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE) Red flag already. THEN after browsing, there's really not much I couldn't find already in stores at a decent price. I thought maybe to try some frozen foods, since some things actually looked good. At FIRST, you think you only need to buy $65 worth of frozen goods JUST TO EVEN GET FROZEN DELIVERED AT ALL. AND THEN when you meet the $65 mark, they hit you with $19.95 SHIPPING. Absolutely insane and RIDICULOUS. Not to mention some items REQUIRE that you buy 2-4 of them just to order it. This site is absolutely insane I felt like I'm getting charged at every decision. I cancelled my membership and I will not be using this service again. The membership fee is already $12, then you have to spend $65 on frozen foods just to get ANYTHING frozen, THEN pay $19.95 shipping OR you can order $125 WORTH of frozen goods. COME ON. Thrive needs to do better. Include these extra charges and fees in a monthly subscription cost instead of charging at every corner. I made a small order just because I already paid for a membership but I will not be using this service again. Do better.

I subscribe for the lowest prices, choose every 12 weeks and ship sooner if needed, cancel completely if not. Easy. 2 keystrokes! Shop by allergens or pantry type! Lots of healthy gluten free! So easy. When shipping boxes were damaged, I asked for $50 for ruined items and my time. Thrive refunded my entire $119 PLUS gave me $15 credit! No other company does that! It's so terrific to email or speak with Americans! I hate not understanding foreign customer services! I never run out of pantry basics, plus today tried healthy real juice freezer pops with no artificial dyes nor flavorings! Their product wrapping has improved a lot! If you like a $7 latte, try Elmhurst Barista almond milk and heat it slowly! Pour over a dark roast coffee and save $210 a month!
Inconsistent sales, sometimes things are cheaper at the store, very slow shipping. My orders take between 7-9 days to arrive

The website lags horribly. The search functions and filtering is poor. I really only shop here because members of my family have celiac. If they didn't I wouldn't go through the frustration of ordering off of this site.
