I ordered flowers from Terry's Florist. I live in Mass and wasn't familiar with florists in the area. I was sending them to a vet who took care of our beloved Frenchie who had passed away suddenly
On the ride up to Vt. They were so kind to us, I wanted to do something for them. I ordered the flowers on 4/16 and got a confirmation. THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE FLOWERS. I've been trying to get in touch with anyone at Terry's to no avail! No one picks the phone up, no on answered an email. Thankfully we were not charged but I did give them my cc # when ordering. I am beyond furious! Shame on Terry and whoever works there. I don't think they're even worth giving 1 star to.
Do not do business with this sham. It is not local. They did not deliver flowers on my 87th grandmother's birthday. They can't be reached. They did not ever fulfill this order. I am in the process of requesting a refund. Worst experience ever!
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law to be delivered and I accidentally put the wrong house number. So I tried calling and no one answered. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me they were delivered. Now mind you, the house number I put doesn't even exist on the street she lives on. I have no idea where they were delivered. I ended getting refunded which was rather quickly done and I appreciate (either way I was going to dispute the charge on my card if they didn't). Customer service is meh. I wish I had read previous reviews before ordering. Will definitely use 1-800-flower from now on. Just wanted to try a different company.
I wish I read reviews before getting caught up in their scam. They claim to be a local florist on their site. This is a lie. 2 days before the flowers are to be delivered they tell me they cannot fill the order because they have no flowers. They took my money a day before calling me. Now I wait 3-5 days for a refund.
The only proof of purchase I can provide would be my order number.

I ordered a funeral plant to be delivered to the funeral home for a 12:00 service. 3 hours before the service they called and said they are sorry but their distributors did not have the arrangement in stock. I told him to put together something similar, he said I am so sorry we can not do that! Do not order from this florist! I wish I had read the reviews first.

If I could give these people zero stars I would. I ordered an arrangement for administrative assistant's day and when the arrangement had not been delivered and the day was almost over, I called to check on the status. After being on hold forever, the employee told me they were out for delivery. When I called back later to check again, they told me the flowers I ordered (2 days prior) were not available. No one contacted me to tell me there was an issue. So my administrative assistant did not receive flowers on her special day because of the absolute ineptitude of this florist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

My coworker had to put down one of her fur babies. We picked this bouquet because it was beautiful online. When we were sent a thank you with the picture, I was very disappointed. Not what I paid for. Even the vase is a cheap/generic one. When I tried to call and find out when the flowers might be delivered since they were ordered ahead of time. Receptionist that answered gave me a big attitude and told me to call the following day and they would let me know if they were delivered or not. Customer service is awful. Will NEVER use this company again.
I ordered from out of state, they took all my info and then called the next day to tell me there was supplier issues and they couldn't fulfill my order. I think I was scammed. Would recommend Special Occasion Florist instead.
I had my first grandchild on a Sunday and my daughter in laws Birthday was Monday. I searched for what I thought was a local florist. They are not they have a call center in another state. It was a disaster I called on Sunday after I put in the order told them it had to be delivered h first thing in the morning because I wanted it delivered to the hospital. I received a call from my son at 4pm they were leaving no flowers. So I called oh they can't do them today can they deliver tomorrow. I felt like I had no choice but to say yes. Less than 5 minutes after I got off the phone I got another call from them like they had not even talked to me. I was told they would upgrade the arrangement they did not. So not only was I late for the baby I missed her birthday! Absolutely disgusting if I could give them a zero rating I would!
There's nowhere on Terry's Florist page to leave a review They say they're a local Panama City flower shop but they aren't and their flowers are not as advertised. On the left is what I ordered for my mom, and I had actually upgraded that from what's shown to the "deluxe" version, and on the right is what she got. The flowers are pretty but not what I paid for. They also listed the flowers I chose as available for next day delivery but it took them two days to fulfill the order.
This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Ordered a sympathy arrangement for same-day delivery at 8am, received no word about the delivery by 5pm. After 15min went by before someone answered the phone they told me that the product was out of stock and would not be delivered that day. Next day, I call at 11am for a status update, they claim order is out for delivery. It is now 5pm, nothing has been delivered. Somone answered the phone, put me on hold for 30 minutes and proceeded to hang up after those 30 minutes. Now, I am attempting to call again, I have been listening to the prompt for 15 minutes. Lets see how long it will take for someone to pick up the line, and if they will in fact cancel my order. Unbelievable. Pretty sure this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I PLACED AN ORDER SUNDAY FOR MONDAY DELIVERY. I specifically ordered from what i thought was a local florist as i knew time could be a factor. I was assured the delivery was not a problem, although i never was able to speak with a human. That should have been a tell tale sign. I could only order through the website. I ASSUMED THE DELIVERY WAS MADE MONDAY AS I NEVER HEARD DIFFERENTLY. I got a call today from an 800 number saying the delivery wasn't made yesterday. Could they have my permission to deliver today! I asked if it would be for free since not only was my arrangement NOT delivered yesterday but i was NOT informed about it. The answers was no, as expected. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR DELIVERY TODAY. The birthday had passed. I'm hoping to see the HOLD on my credit card removed tomorrow. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. FIND ANOTHER FLORIST!
Lesson learned, check reviews in advance. I did not receive what I ordered. Basically what arrived were flowers I could pick up at the grocery store plopped into a vase haphazardly. No shaping at all, just randomly shoved into the vase, all uneven, it looks horrible. Also, arrived a day late. Also, when I called to check on the status of the flowers, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. They only answer their phone if you are placing an order, not if you are checking on your order and they do not respond to email. I do not recommend this florist.
Their advertisements are totally misleading. They delivered a week later than requested for my Mother's birthday and the arrangement was not what I ordered or anything like it. I paid extra for balloons and there were no balloons. They kept texting saying they were out of stock for what I ordered and would be delivering a "Designers Choice" arrangement. I could've bought a grocery store arrangement that looked better than what was delivered by FEDEX and would've cost less. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I ordered some flowers for my sister in Washington from here in California. When I ordered them, it said for same day delivery. I ordered around 5:30 pm so it was pretty last minute. After I placed my order, I seen on my receipt that it said the order was for the day after, not for that day like I had originally been told. I was a little irritated. About 2 hours later, I received a call from one of the customer service representatives. She said that I placed my order after hours and asked if it was ok that the order would be done the next day. I had already came up with a plan B to getting my sister her flowers that night, so I asked her to cancel my order. She said yes that it would be refunded the next day. I was a little hesitant that there would be an issue and I wouldn't be refunded, but I checked my account this morning which is Monday, order was placed Saturday, and the money has been credited back to my account. I can't comment on the quality of the flowers obviously since I cancelled the order, but I definitely didn't have the same experience as other people leaving reviews, thankfully!
Order a $100 arrangement and they called three hours later said they have no flowers!

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
