Initial consult went well and very responsive. Sent prescription to my pharmacist but they did not have the Nebulizer equipment that I needed for the medication prescribed. Texted, emailed customer service and called 4 times with a "I promise I will call you back" trying to get that prescription transferred. Still waiting. They are only good on the initial consult but if you need to get back in touch with them you will NOT be a priority or even a concern.

My 8 year-old daughter has a temperature of 102.8, she's coughing the keeps her up at night and has a sore throat. Her twin has the same symptoms about three weeks ago and was prescribed a combination cough medicine that was very effective allowed her to sleep and heal quickly. Sent their pediatricians office is closed, I decided to try telmdfirst. After about 40 minutes of filling out forms and being interviewed on the phone, I got a text message back that they couldn't prescribe medication my other eight-year-old daughter had received because they can't prescribed medications like that.

Needless to say I asked for a refund.

It took 6 hours a 4 phone calls following initial consult to confirm receipt of the prescription at my pharmacy! For antibiotics I needed urgently!

I agreed to the monthly charge of $29.95 since my primary was away on vacation and I figured I would only need then once. When trying to cancel the one month subscription I was informed you could not and had to pay the one time charge of $79.95. This was in their terms and conditions which I never got to read. When you open their website the charges state $29.95 monthly charge. There is no asterisk or anything that states you cannot cancel after one month unlees you pay the one time charge.

Well, I should have known this place was a scam when I had to call back multiple times over 2 days and everytime the same girl answered the phone using a different name. So then they strung me along for another day and when I told them that I think I need to ask the attorney general's office about telmdfirst they abruptly sent me a text saying they couldn't help me after guaranteeing me they could. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. THEY ARE LIARS! THEY ARE ALL FROM INDIA AND BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY JUST WANT YOUR INFO AND YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU A LEGITIMATE SERVICE. I WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

Used TelMDFirst for the first time, and overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The process was convenient and allowed me to receive medical care from the comfort of my own home. The healthcare provider I spoke with was professional and helpful, and my prescription was ready for pickup at a local pharmacy within a few hours. However, it took a little longer than I expected. Despite these minor issues, I would still give the online doctor company a 5-star rating. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I requested to speak to a doctor before receiving a prescription refill request. No called or emailed me for the appointment after taking my $29.95. Then I was told that my pharmacy could not fill the prescription. When I requested a refund of the $29.95 monthly fee due to no service, a customer service agent named Julie said that she would call me back when my refund was processed by the manager. I never received a call back from her. She did not want to process the refund. I spoke with the manager, Anthony, today about my refund due to no service & my pharmacy refusing to fill the prescription. I DID NOT get rude. I just simply requested a refund due to my experience of my medication not being filled by my pharmacy. He did not want to give me a refund either. These were his words: "You know what? No, what you're saying is not right! It's people like you who give our company a bad name. We work very hard to fill prescriptions for you people! You're a liar! Happy new year to you. You're refunded! He hung up on me & was very rude for no cause. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE! THE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUSLY RUDE! I chose one star due to no zero star option!

I signed up for this service for my family for one year, and came to regret it. It was a fight with insurance companies to get the medication covered at the pharmacy, and when our insurance did not approve the medications unless prescribed by an in state doctor, they told us to let them change the scripts to a different pharmacy. We tried to explain that this was not the problem. If they could use a doctor licensed in our state, then we could get the meds. They insisted that we pharmacy hop until we could get the medicine. When we then became dissatisfied with the service and tried to get a full refund from the "owner/manager" once connected to him, I reminded him of the stamp on his website claiming 100% satisfaction guarantee and he proceeded to tell me that there was fine print to it that I had agreed to. I was frustrated because he and his team were not listening to our problem but being rather aggressive in talking over me as I tried to explain. He was angry that he had to tear himself away from his family on a Sunday night to handle my situation, and told me I was rude for doing the same thing to him he was doing to me from the beginning…talking over him. I only got a portion of my money back, but will never trust a satisfaction guarantee stamp again!
