Life can get crazy busy. When I recognized my Rx's had no refills left and I had no time to schedule an appointment in time, TelMDFirst to the rescue! Online forms were self explanatory to complete, uploaded a couple of pictures of previous Rx bottles and within a couple of hours, I received a message from my pharmacy that the RX's were ready.

I found the TelMD online and decided to try to call as my daughter was in severe tooth pain and I knew she may need antibiotics and they were able to call me very quickly back on Thanksgiving day and the prescription was written immediately, so I'm very very pleased with the help and the knowledge from the doctor that called me. Thank you so much.!

This was so easy...I only had 4 pills left, been on the same pulls for over 15 years. Recently lost insurance as I'm a traveler and in between jobs and in a different state than my primary care provider...I found this site on Google and it really worked! Very easy, they were very fast and friendly. I had 90 days of meds refilled within 2 hours. I would highly recommend this if you're in the same position as me. 5 STARS

Within an hour of signing up, James called to discuss my symptoms and went through a list of questions based on my online profile. Within 30 minutes of that call, I received the notification that my prescription was being processed. So convenient. Very happy with service.

I have used TeleMedfirst multiple times, and they always come through for me. They are very quick to respond, which, when you're sick is absolutely necessary. They have never disappointed me. It's been an easy transaction every time.

To anyone that may be hesitant to use an online health service, I was too. However, I honestly have nothing but positive feedback. The process was easy and quick when compared to others. For example, have you ever been sick or needing medical assistance on a weekend and tried visiting an urgent care? Trying to schedule M-F is tough enough, right?

If you have ever had to do a weekend urgent care, you probably know it can be a very long wait (most every time). Many times up to a 2 hour wait IF you can be seen and good luck trying to find one open on a Sunday.

I was able to speak to a doctor within approximately 15 minutes after my initial contact. The doctor was caring, thorough, excellent, and a professional!

I thank Telmdfirst and it's doctors and staff for their help in getting me blood pressure meds I needed while I wait for my doctor's appt in office. They are as professional as my primary and are very dependable and caring towards my situation. I couldn't have gotten thru the time between now and December 1st without them. I am truly thankful for all that they have done for me. It was easy and stress less from start to finish. They listen and really care for their patients. I recommend them highly and thank them again so much and thank them from the bottom of my heart! They are just wonderful ;)

This is my second experience with this company. Same great service. Twice I requested & received exactly what I needed.
Both times were on weekends.

I relocated from North Carolina to West Florida. My husband and I were married last week. My medical insurance will not be valid for a couple more weeks. He came down with strep throat and this weekend. I caught it along with a horrible sinus infection. I have been so sick! No doubt I needed medical attention. It was just where, and how much it was going to cost us. I researched several options, evidently there are many of them these days however I chose to go with TelMed
I downloaded the app and it could've been easier to fill out the questionnaire. It only cost $41 that's right $41 In less than one hour, a kind, intelligent, responsive, wonderful physician called me on Saturday night! He asked all the right questions and then explained the prescriptions that he was going to prescribe and why. He also added that if I wasn't feeling better in 3 to 5 days to please call back and they could reevaluate me. Wow! Because I wasn't feeling well and I don't know the area the pharmacy information that I gave them was not going to be open until Monday. I just hung up with the doctor to find that out. I emailed their support team and with in minutes they responded with the information that had updated a different pharmacy so they could call in my prescription and I could get it this weekend. I was so impressed with everyone in every single process!

I was worried about my need for a prescription and when I came upon this site their replies to my inquiries calmed down my anxiety. Now I can just chat them up when I need consultation! Thank you very much!

While traveling for work with long hours it's not always easy to keep appointments-nice to have alternatives online for doctor appointments

I spoke with someone this morning and paid my $80, I just needed a refill on a regular medication bc my dr retired. They said I would hear something in a couple hrs but my its now nighttime and I haven't heard a word. Hopefully they call it in tomorrow and I didn't get scammed. It would be nice to just hear something.

There is nothing more painful than not being able to urinate due to a UTI, and then you are told that your regular doctor does not have any appointments available! I am so appreciative of the doctor at TelMedFirst that called me, asked me a few questions, and then called in a prescription for me! Thank you very much!

I was a sceptic but in the end it all worked out.
Every season I develope a sinus cold. This season I tried telemed to see if it was easier to get meds. No long waits and I was able to get a prescription with in an hour. Thank you.

Telemdfirst is extremely unresponsive. It takes them days to respond to inquiries. It has been a week and they have not sent my BP prescriptions to Walgreens. Telemdfirst now claims they sent the prescriptions, but Walgreens never received it.
