I paid the $79 one time visit, asked to speak with a doctor. It took over 2 hours around 3 hours. Nobody never called my phone, someone kept texting after i called the 1800 line 3 times and was saying she called my phone when i hadn't been on my phone at all and was actually holding my phone in my hand the whole day waiting on the call. They called in 1 antibiotic I've never heard of don't even know if it's strong enough or the right antibiotic to take because i never spoke with anyone. Really upset me that you would lie and say you kept calling my phone and it was going to voicemail when nobody call my phone …. I don't even know if the antibiotics are working horrible first time experience i would be better off going to primed

Never got a response from anyone. Waited hours and ended up going somewhere else and now they haven't responded about a refund

They took my money and provided no services said something about the doc being from a different state but wouldn't refund my money they stole $60 and I never was able to get the scripts they provided no services other than to take my money and customer service was rude to the max turning them in for fraud and fake advertising might get a lawyer.

While my card was charged immediately, no one reached out to help me until well over 12 hours. The website clearly stated it would be two hours. When someone finally did reach out, the prescriptions were never available at my pharmacy. Because they "say" the prescription was sent, they will not issue a refund.

My work schedule is crazy, so fitting in a doctor's appointment is a joke. TelMDFirst is perfect for me. I can book whenever, even late at night. The docs are great, and I never feel rushed. So convenient!

They lied to me for 2 days, never called me back. I completed all the forms, took pictures of the medication bottles, and they kept telling me the doctor was reviewing and they would send it as a priority which they never did. Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR INFORMATION OR MONEY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB. Thanks to them my dad will not get his meds refilled

Enrolled in the monthly plan as described on the web page that you can pay $29 and some change for monthly care over the phone which includes unlimited visits. My first visit was great. My second visit was rushed and left me confused and I was told to make another for other issues. I go to set up a new appointment the next day and it did not allow me. When I called to ask why the woman told me that there are a limited two visits per month. This was not what the website promoted. This company promises more than it can deliver. I am a retired MD and came down with COVID. I needed Paxlovid and wanted to start ASAP. I bought an annual family membership based on their promises. After filling out the online form to schedule a telehealth consult, they said I would be contacted within 2 hours. Almost 19 hours later, and multiple chat posts, as well as phone messages left, I asked for a refund. They did provide that, at least. But I lost an entire day of treatment and had to find another provider to call in my prescription.
Save yourself time and frustration, look elsewhere for medical care.

They are good listeners, very professional and they care and are affordable! The wait time is 10 minutes or less and that is a plus!

I do not have a Dr as I haven't needed one in years. Suddenly I had UTI symptoms and needed a Dr! (IYKYK) Walked in to Urgent Care. " sorry, you need an appointment and earliest is 36 hours out. " I hit the internet and found TelMDFirst. Filled out info online, they texted back 2-3 times with questions and within 2 hours they called in prescription. Pharmacy unexpectedly closed early on this day. Called TelMedFirst and they had my prescription at a new pharmacy within an hour. So helpful! HIGHLY recommend!

My doctor ignored me when I asked to renew my prescription and wanted me to make an appointment with a dermatologist three months later. I called Telmed and a prescription the same day!

Patient intake is handled by a well trained competent caring technician. I have now used this service twice and was treated with overall superior professionalism in a timely manner. I highly recommend TelmdFirst.com

Can't say enough about the service received. Start to finish was less than 30 min including the pharmacy being contacted with my script for strep throat. Questions asked were thoughtful and thorough. Def will use again! Btw my wife is a Pharmacist and she was impressed.

I use this service often because they are extremely fast, highly professional and 'spot-on'in addressing and successfully treating my medical concerns. I have Insurance and can easily go to any doctor, but when I am sick, it's hard for me to drive, therefore the convenience of Telemedicine makes more sense.
