Easy & Efficient

Great resource to have, especially for someone who travels a lot. I was contacted in a timely matter & was asked good questions about what was going on. I really like the process! My symptoms were passed along for another opinion, as well as what the best course of action would be. I will definitely use them again if needed!

Great on-line business

After filling out the paperwork I was able to speak with a doctor and was given a prescription for my ailment. They called my pharmacy and I picked up the RX the same day.

After battling covid for nearly 2 weeks, I developed a severe sinus infection. My regular MD was unavailable and I wasn't up to going into an urgent care.
TelMedFirst was the perfect option for me. A consultation call was recelced shortly after completing the online form and an appropriate prescription was sent into my pharmacy just 2 hours later.
I won't hesitate to use this service again if needed. It saved me time, much needed precious physical energy and money.
Most importantly, my infection is being effectively treated.

My first phone visit was ok because I only needed a prescription for pain I asked for a certain prescription but they insisted of giving me what the doctor that I never spoke to suggested instead. I was in so much pain I excepted. My next experience was not so good I am getting the run I have spoken to two people and still haven't gotten a follow up call I would not recommend them.

Disappointed

Not really sure what the subscription is for. They are only able to refill another doctor's prescriptions and can only do it for a limited time. I would not recommend.

Called and explained my symptoms and I was treated professionally and in a timely manner. I was prescribed antibiotics and feeling better within a few days. This worked out well for me and avoided a visit to urgent care/emergency room where I would've waited hours to be seen. I was treated with concern and I highly recommend this service.

Great experience

Very quick call back after submitting need for medication. I went through all 20 steps to set up visit it was within an hour I received a call from someone to go over questions in order to call in a prescription. I spent 5 miserable days trying over the counter for a yeast infection spent just as much money as useless medicine as I did for a virtual call and medication called in to pharmacy. I felt better in less than 12 hours

Fraud

I paid to speak with a provider but they never would let me. They kept insisting to know the pharmacy where I picked up my blood pressure medications from last. What TelMDFirst is doing is having the pharmacy send a refill request to your original doctor and then your prescription is filled. You never need to go through TelMDFirst because you can do that yourself. I needed to speak with a provider and that didn't happen. This company is 100 % fraud. Once I caught on to what they were doing and told them they hung up on me.

Yes, you can get a prescription. ONE prescription. They are unable to give the refills they blatantly boast about on their website.
If you are looking for a place to renew your prescriptions without having to see a doctor, GO ELSEWHERE. THIS IS SITE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Never got a call back after paying 80.00

Called for my 14 yr old daughter while out of state on vacation. It took 2 hours for someone to call ( which I thought was a doctor and guess not). I could hardly understand her, spoke broken English. They said it would be about an hour for a call back after they reviewed her info and let us know about a prescription. HOURS later I finally found or the Dr assigned to get want in until 5pm Central time. Which was 1 hour before the pharmacy closed here in the state we were in. I called back 3 more times asking if they could hurry as the pharmacy was closing. They said they would send it over again letting them know of the closing time. I was told when they reviewed her stuff I would get a text letting me know. Here we are 24 hours later and still no text. Wasted our money! Thankful for the pharmacist at Walmart for helping as much as he could and guiding us for OTC meds to help. Don't waste your time money on this place!

I want to say how impressed I am with TelMDFirst! I woke up one morning, in horrific pain, a fever, nausea...I literally thought I was dying! Terrible stomach pain, lower back, everything hurt. I do not like going to Emergency rooms or even doctors' offices and waiting and waiting. I was in so much pain I don't think I could have driven to one anyway. I quickly searched online, and my symptoms were of a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), of which I had never had before, and this was awful! I Then looking for a solution, I found TeLMDFirst, and I was willing to give them a try. I called them, and they gave me a list of service options, a 1-time treatment fee for $79.95 or a monthly fee, I chose the 1-time service fee. They were patient, attentive, took note of the symptoms I described, reviewed my info, and arranged for me to pick up a prescription medication, Ciprofloxacin, for my UTI. In just over an hour, I went to the pharmacy and picked up my meds and began taking them, for 7 days... then the UTI was gone completely! It is scary at first because you don't know who to trust online, and TelMDFirst is a legitimate service, and it works! I had no problems with any transactions at all. They were fast, and they addressed the immediate issues, which is what we all want when we are sick. Thank you TelMDFirst for all you have done for me! I will continue to use your services in the future and recommend you in the highest! Rudy

This is the medication prescribed to me by TelMDFirst, arranged for me to pick up at the nearest CVS pharmacy, a few miles from my home, and it resolved my UTI in 7 days!

I got swimmers ear infection on vacation, set up everything online paid the $ 29.xx received a call from Dr. within one hour and prescription was at pharmacy within an hour and a half after that.
Worked as advertised.

Unprossesional MESS

They let you fill an online form, answering all questions then you pay as well, after that they spam you with 100 calls and ask you the same questions that you filled in the form! Then you recieve a message saying we can't process your subscription! Why the heck do you charge people, waste their time and let them go through the full process to say that at the end and ask to call for billing concerns! Instead of issuing a refund automatically as they failed to help! Just a waste of time and money don't even bother with them!

My daughter had a severe whole body rash, and we only used the service because we are out of state in retrospect I shouldn't have! They initially said it would be two hours and then one more hour and then one more hour…. No, it was over five hours after we paid to get a response AND we NEVER even talked to a provider just received a text that said they thought she was fine and not to change anything. What a waste! As a nurse practitioner myself they must be jumping through some major hoops to make this even legal!

A scam
July 6, 2023

Completely a scam. Says they will see you and write RXs quickly. I ordered urgent care services from them last night at 7pm as I needed a prescription quickly. No one responded. It's now 9am and I haven't received my prescription. I'm traveling so I am unable to pick up the prescription now. Use Sesame as they are official not this scammy service.
