It was the weekend & I basically needed a prescription, if I had gone to our local urgent care it would cost me $395. I got the medication I needed to get the condition treated quickly. This was so easy & convenient, I would not hesitate to use this service again.

I am oresently finishing my meds, no controlled meds but they claimed since they were prescribed 3 mo ago they couldnt refill without labs when my Dr in CA gave 3 mo rxs. This service saves no time at all than going to a regular DR. Dont waste your money!

Signed up and paid the $79.95. Received text would be calling me within the hour, after 1 hour called an 800 number and was told were overloaded with calls and would be calling soon, didn't receive a call until 2 hours and 40 minutes later. That call lasted 6 minutes and was told doctor would call next day at 2:00PM and I was supposed to be first call, 3 days later and haven't received a phone call or any other contact! Went to my Primary Doctor and will definitely continue with my Doctors office from now on. What a waste of time and money!

I have been dealing with these folks for a year. First I just did a one time pay. I have spent four days this week trying to get a thyroid medication refilled (been taking it for over 35 years). Their website (front page) just wants you to pay and will NOT let you request service or Login. I paid last year (November) for a years service (and they made it re-occurring with OUT my approval). I have now spent five days trying to get this refill with NO results. They say they'll call you back & they NEVER do. When they tell you are a priority, that means they put you at the bottom of the list and if they ever call you at all, it's the NEXT day, not what ever they tell you (which is a LIE). I've told them that I'm not available mornings or early afternoons, but they still call then. They have NO real doctors, only Nurse practitioners, which are in NO way as well trained or knowledgeable. I've gotten about 5 months of service on a One year charge. Now, I will have to find a service that is reliable, which this one is definitely NOT. They operate out the Chicago area & are quite dishonest. They are part of the Synergy Health DPC. Had I known all that initially, I would NOT have used them. Their operation is ALL about making money, NOT helping people.

This site gets their money up front then their customer service goes out the window. They promised a call from a representative to discuss my health situation which never happened. Upon calling finally getting a representative they stated they had called which I assured they did not. I asked for a specific medication and they proscribed something else never calling to discuss this option. After specifically requesting a call I got a text from the provider tasting the benefits of the medicine she proscribed but stated she would call if I wanted to speak. She never called. They wore me out and the height of frustration upon further reviews there are many sites that offer the same crappy services for much less

Went online filled out everything about 1.5 they called me ask me all health questions and told them what's wrong with me they sent my prescription in 20mins

I used the site for a one time visit. They charged my card for 3 months. Two months after I called and canceled the subscription continued to bill. They said they had a minimum they had to bill for and they tried to contact me. Totally false. Will never use them again and I will be filing with the better business bureau

It's a long story how I ended up writing & editing this review but the short of it is that this company is actually a great compassionate hardworking wonderful virtual healthcare team. I don't have medical insurance and I have a fair amount of healthcare issues that require ongoing care. Not only are they able to provide most of my medical care virtually the individuals at TelMDFirst actually care about the service that they provide unlike some other virtual providers. Today I received assistance from what I now know to be a team that will strive to provide their patients with the gold standard in patient care that we as virtual patients don't always get. The person that I worked with was dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of care and medical integrity.

They are cheaters. There are no doctors. They are running a scam. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE.

Googled it. Fast antibiotics prescription for my tooth infection from the comfort of home much better than going to the dentist. Will use again.
