I ordered a rather expensive floral arrangement for the 50th wedding anniversary of one of my best friends. It was to be delivered to her home & I had to confirm her address, etc on the website. I ordered it to be delivered on a Thursday. Got an email saying they were not able to reach anyone at the residence on Thursday. Got the same email the next day, even though someone was there both days. Then Saturday got an email confirming delivery. BUT the order was never delivered. I called Teleflora on Sunday & they re-issued the order. Within hours, I got an email CANCELLING the order. And only a partial refund- SO FAR. I'm not done with them yet.
Please don't waste your time, this company makes promises that they cannot keep! Worst experience I have ever had.
We never received our order and the CSR we called stated that the florist the order was sent to was closed on Sunday's. How could a company send an order to a florist that was closed. Their database should be smart enough to seek Florists that are actually open on Sunday's. They need someone to update their algorithm to search appropriately. My Mother-In-Law was devastated that her Casket Spray was never delivered for her son's funeral. Shameful of Teleflora. I will never order from them again and will pass this information to as big an audience that all forms of media will allow.
I am completely shocked at the lack of knowledge the customer service agent demonstrated with my simple refund purchase this evening. They were eager to take out my money for the flowers I ordered for my Aunt's birthday. The agent could not tell me the florist's name and location. The order was in a pending stage. She could not explain why it would take 2- 10 days to refund my account, and to make things worse, the agent admitted that they overcharged my account by 30 dollars. It should be a simple transition. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Do not order from this company. I will be filing a business complaint with the BBB.
Arrived on time but very disappointed in size and quality for a premium price. Not as pictures in ad. No pink roses, small bouquet of other flowers. I will not be ordering again.
Placed the order for its a Boy wagon for my first grandchild. However received a bear instead. Really upset I wanted the wagon not a blue bear
BEWARE! Ordered flower's for my Mother's 89th birthday. Order was cancelled, no reason given. Called them and was told that there wasn't a florist in my area? I ordered them online and even ordered with the zip code that was given stating that these certain arrangement were available in that area. Then she said, " We can get you what is called the Designers Choice for $95-$120. You wouldn't have a choice of flowers or arrangement!" I said, "I thought you said there was a florist available in that area? So you want to charge my card again, to place an order that may or not may not get delivered, with flowers and an arrangement I cannot see? Are you serious?" I asked to speak to a supervisor, she claimed she was one, but refused to give me her last name or transfer me to her supervisor. I am so frustrated and ticked right now. I don't have the money to charge more flowers and was told it would be 2-10 days before I would be reimbursed. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF AND A FRAUDS!

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day for delivery 4 days before Mothers Day. The order was cancelled by TELEFLORA because the flowers were unavailable. No call no email nothing. Will never use them again FTD is so much better
I live across country from where I wanted a same day delivery to go. I chose Teleflora because I needed a cute get well bouquet with same day delivery. I first checked out a well-known florist in my hometown, but with Mother's Day tomorrow, they didn't have much of a selection, and I needed the vase to be cute, for my granddaughters. Teleflora had it! They had just the right bouquet at a reasonable price, with same day delivery. You just can't beat that.
Well, I spoke too soon. I just received an email saying that delivery couldn't be made today because of the weather. It's 55 degrees in the city where the flowers are being delivered. Lying doesn't sit well with me, because I received another email from a different customer service rep saying delivery will be delayed because it's Mother's Day tomorrow. And I do understand that florists are so busy for Mother's Day, but why offer same day delivery, and charge for it, if they're not going to be able to deliver the same day. That is something I don't understand. The delivery will now be on Monday, when no one will be home. It's being delivered to an apartment, and the bouquet will have to be left by the front door of the apartment. Hopefully no one will take it.
Needless to say, this will be my one and only time using Teleflora. I'm pretty disappointed, and for the little girls who needed to be cheered up today, they'll be disappointed, too.
I ordered the Magical Muse Bouquet - Deluxe and was expecting something similar to the picture online but I received something that was much smaller.
I am very disappointed in my recent order. It looks nothing like what I paid for. I could've gotten a nicer arrangement at the grocery store.
The second photo below is the premium birthday bouquet I ordered. The first photo is what was actually delivered. I paid $83.72 total. Complained and they offered to refund $25.12. The refund is meaningless. What do you think?
Yes, the photo and the delivery product were nothing like the picture, and is there any other stuffed animal than a monkey? Are you kidding me? The ribbon did not even tie professionally, and the flower arrangement was unacceptable will not purchase it again.
This service really sucks - do NOT use Teleflora. Paid $90+ for flowers that were never received by the husband of the deceased.
They emailed me at 6pm on the day of delivery to say they could not deliver the flowers I had ordered. That left me no time to arrange an alternative gift. Then they refused to refund the full amount because the person who took the order made an error, and their records did not reflect the amount they charged my card. I'm having to go through the claims process on VISA to try and get my money back. Terrible company--unreliable, incompetent and dishonest.
Ordered arrangement for sisters birthday and nothing delivered on her day! Called at 6 pm to check status and was told that they called florist and it was on the truck for delivery. Nothing came….again on the phone next day for over an hour to track delivery. They asked if it could be delivered three days from now! Losers!
Went through the process of ordering and paying for flowers to be delivered. Got an email saying my order was cancelled. No reason stated. Refund will take 2-10 days. I thought a large well known flower delivery company would do a good job with no problems. Valuable lesson learned.
For my mother's funeral, several orders of flowers were ordered and not delivered. Unfortunately, people were still charged for an arrangement that was not delivered and also received a confirmation email to say they were delivered. This is adamantly unacceptable as this company is receiving money for services not delivered. I would not use this company and I would recommend using local florists. Teleflora would not assist me in finding out who ordered for my mother's service. Very unfortunate that people are ordering flowers out of respect for families and being disrespected by Teleflora. LS
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
