Horrible arrangement

The arrangement was awful. Vaguely like what was pictured but most of the flowers were unopened. Might be ok for an arrangement that would be enjoyed over several days but this was an arrangement spray delivered the day of a funeral. WHo is going to appreciate it the next day and there is no way to water it. It was a big rip off and i will never order from them again. The first picture is from their website on what it should look like. The second was what was delivered

I ordered an arrangement for my aunt's funeral. The arrangement that came looked as if a child had put it together. I was mortified. They "explained" to me that sometimes florist have to substitute. I asked them if that was a joke. They did not respond. The worst part is that they refunded less than half of what I paid.

Don't use Teleflora

I purchased a spray top for my husband casket and 2 standing flowers which was never delivered. Their reason was that they said they tried to contact me about one of the flowers couldn't be delivered, but none was delivered. I called to see what happened, they wanted to give me credit. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I want all my money back which they finally sent a email about my refund after talking to supervisor and threatening with calling the better business bureau. NO ONE WAS SYMPATHETIC ABOUT MY HUSBAND FUNERAL. Will never use them again

My order was clearly marked as for a birthday and was clearly marked to be delivered on her birthday, instead they delivered the flowers 8 days early, which means 8 days before any of her other gifts showed up. When you are away from home trying to show your wife how you feel, DO NOT USE Teleflora.

Shop anywhere else! This is the third order in a row that the recipient got something entirely different than what I ordered and paid for, AND was at least a day late. The most recent one, I ordered a dish garden of live green plants and my recipient received a skimpy vase of all white cut flowers, viny and stragely, not even roses or nice flowers, and nothing like what I ordered. This is three times in a row. I will never, ever shop with them again, you shouldn't either.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. Tried to surprise my mom with Flower for her 70th birthday I picked out elegant boutique and the Sent the wrong order without the card. That night I called they told me they would send the right ones the next day with the card. And would refund me 30% and today my mom didn't receive anything. So I had to call again I have never been so disappointed in the quality of the work the compassion they held was at a Zero. I will never order anything from this company cuz they don't care but they have money I paid over 80 bucks for this service. Not at all satisfied so if tomorrow she does receive its gonna be me posting everywhere I have pictures of these wilted flower and all.

Horrific

If I could rate less than a star I would. This company was trusted to get flowers on a specific day as I am away. They lied and said the flowers were delivered. They then told me they couldn't get into contact with their florist and as a result of the delivery window simply could not deliver it that day. The following day was requested for delivery and after promising the flowers would make it there… surprise… they did not. Absolutely appalled with the lack of work ethic and follow through from this company. Definitely wouldn't do anything form of business with this company again.

This place SUCKS avoid it. Delivery status is a joke same as customer survice trying to find out when your order may or may not be delivered. Wished I would have gone to my local florist. It will be the last ime I use them...

Don't use teleflora

Husband ordered roses for anniversary. Within 24 hours they were pathetic looking-sagging, petals falling off etc. they offered a 30% refund. Sad to spend that kind of money and get poor quality like that

I wish that I would have found these reviews before I use this company this is the third time they have done this to me they didn't deliver my flowers at least the first two times they notified me a week in advance so I could arrange something else this time they were supposed to be delivered yesterday to my dad on his birthday who recently lost his wife not only did they not notify me of a problem I didn't even know they weren't delivering until I reach Somebody by phone today so my eighty-year-old father did not get anything for his birthday I would not recommend this company ever they are very unreliable

We ordered a matching corsage and boutonniere for my son's prom and paid extra to insure it would arrive before 1 pm. The corsage showed up seconds before my son left to pick up his date. It was not what he chose and was quite beaten up. The boutonniere never showed up. Customer service said they would "punish" the florist, which doesn't help anyone. Created enormous stress and in the end, we didn't get what we paid for and didn't get the boutonniere at all.

Doesn't look close to what I orderes

I order some flowers for my daughter in law's birthday. Delivery was on time but when she got the flowers I asked her to take a picture of it so I could see it. I was disappointed to see that it wasn't close to looking like what I ordered. I know they say some florists will match close to the order but I can't trust Teleflora again. I could have bought better looking flowers at a grocery store and delivered them myself. Next time I'll try another company. Picture on right is what I ordered.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day. I paid the premium delivery charges to arrive on Mother's day. On that day the tracking on the website showed "it is being delivered". We waited and waited to check every 30 minutes. Until at 7 PM the tracking changed to "Delivered". Nobody rang the bell or knocked on the door. I went out and checked, nothing in front of the house. I called customer service (it is in the Philippines). They insisted that I could go back out and check again. I did. They insisted I should go and ask the neighbors!? Against my better judgment, I did. I finally demanded a refund. They said they processed it and gave me a reference number. It has been two weeks now, and there is no sign of a refund. Each time I call asking about my refund, a lady from the Philippines tells me to wait a few more days! Teleflora runs a very dishonest operation! PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Don't use service!

I had ordered a corsage - a week in advance - for a foster kid that I work with, had even left in the message the importance of the prom and how I needed the corsage in a timely manner, and that she had been looking forward to the prom for months. Late in the afternoon, a day before the prom, I receive an email saying they can not provide services and that I would be refunded in 2-10 business days. I am now faced with two options, look around desperately for a place that can proved services at the last second, or tell the kid that I had tried but unforeseen circumstances came up.

Don't use the services... I'm thoroughly disappointed. I could leave a zero out of five stars I would.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers from Teleflora for my daughter. The flowers arrived on time, but they were in horrible condition. As my daughter put it, "they looked like they had been microwaved". When I complained to Teleflora, they offered to refund less than a third of my cost and a discount on my next order. As if I'll ever use this company again.

I had ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day on May 4th - it stated that they would deliver by May 5th - May 7th - when looking on the tracker to see if the flowers were delivered - it wasn't delivered. Called them on the 6th cause Mother's Day is on the 8th asking why has the flowers not been delivered yet considering that it said it would be on May 5th- they said that they will contact the florist - They came back to me on the phone and said - we can't get in contact with the florist. Since you can't get in touch with them, can we use a different florist so it can be delivered on time? They said - sure! So, now it's the 8th - they said that they can't guarantee it to be delivered before or on Mother's day but definitely on Monday, May 9th - So, today is May 9th and after 8:00 pm -- still NO FLOWERS! Now, I want my money back. Mine you, now I have to tell my mom that she is receiving flowers so she can help look out for it. She said that they FINALLY was able to contact the florist (after 8 pm) and was going to deliver it tomorrow. No Thank You, not only cancel it but now I want my money back because this should have been delivered on May 5th - Mother's Day is May 8th (yesterday) it's late now - It was late today but I was okay with waiting until today - she said that they will cancel it but now I have to wait for them to call me back tomorrow for them to give me the status of my refund. I'm so ready to dispute this with my credit card if they give any more trouble. DO NOT order from Teleflora!

I ordered and paided for flowers for a very special 90th. Birthday several days before her Birthday. They never arrived, I received a call saying they would be delivered 2 days after her Birthday which I agreed. But they NEVER delivered them. It was upsetting and disappointing for me as I had informed the daughter that I was sending flowers.
I checked my credit card today which I did receive a credit.
I will NEVER use Teflon again!

They had no idea if/when the flowers would be delivered. No one told me they wouldn't be delivered. I'm fact, they repeatedly told me not to "worry" because they were out for delivery. They are liars

My 10-year-old wanted to use his own money to buy a Mother's Day gift. We ordered flowers well before the holiday. The $100+ bouquet never showed and Teleflora never bothered to tell us it wouldn't. The only communication occurred AFTER I canceled the order and they said they couldn't find a florist to deliver. Now I have a crying child who feels he's let down his mother. Nice company.

Horrible company

They charge you for a premium and deliver the lowest quality. They cancelled an order because it seemed odd. I called and placed another order then I was told they were out of flowers in Boston. Then they finally delivered the flowers and it was a pitiful arrangement for almost $90. I will never use them again. Save yourself the trouble.
