I wanted to give my mom a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day.
She loves Daisies so I picked the first pic. Below
The second one was what they sent.
The flowers were wilted & it wasn't a nice arrangement to say the least.
I contacted customer support & they offered a 30% refund... no other flowers no apology.
Ordered an arrangement 5-4-2022 and they waited until 8:40 a.m. today to tell me they couldn't fulfill it. 1 day before Mothers Day.

We looked through a 100 cut flower arrangements to find one for an orchid lover and expert. We found the "Zen Artistry" arrangement, which looked perfect. There isn't an appropriate substitute for orchids as cut flowers. They last weeks and weeks. Whoever handled our order for Teleflora substituted essentially every element. It arrived with some kind of liatris blooms, which will last about a week as they bloom out and look ratty. Some substitution may be reasonable, but everything, including the main feature of the arrangement? No.
The delivery person was very pleasant, but if they aren't delivering what you ordered, why bother sending flowers when there are so many other options?
Terrible service and disappointment. I ordered a corsage for my daughters prom and they canceled online the day of the event. Even had the nerve to ask me to pay more money to get it delivered by another shop the same day. They are quick to take your money but say that I won't get my refund for 10 days. This company is a fraud and I do not recommend anyone using Tele flora
Terrible arrangement from Teleflora was received. It was half the size of what was pictured! Customer service offered a 30% refund, which was insulting! It was bad enough that I was completely embarrassed by the small arrangement that showed up. But to be insulted again by Customer Service …. So much for quality and a company standing by its product. Teleflora should better screen the florists that they do business with! Certainly doesn't look like I spent $72 on this arrangement! And it certainly doesn't look like the arrangement I paid for! If I could give. Teleflora zero stars, I would.
I made a huge mistake of ordering flowers for my sister, from Teleflora, when our father died.
I have unsubscribed several times, I have contacted them, and even blocked them, but I am still receiving several emails from them daily! Every time I request them to take me off their email list, I receive several more per day. What a major mistake... and to top it off, the flowers and the basket they came in do not look the same as I ordered... it's not nearly as nice, and I paid just under $150!
I have enough pain and suffering to go through, and do NOT want to be reminded daily of our father's loss... and now I am receiving multitudes of junk mail on top of all this.
The only reason I ordered from them was because of the Same Day Delivery I placed an order early Saturday, it was never delivered, called them & they said they did not have the flowers I ordered, but no one called or email me to inform me of this, I called early Sunday morning they assured me that it would be delivered by the end of the day which it was not. They had no problem debiting my account Saturday but when I canceled the order on Sunday night they said it would take 2-10 Business days to receive my refund. NEVER Again. They are unreliable and I was VERY DISSATISFIED!
My sons prom was on Saturday, I ordered a corsage 1 month prior and paid. Order was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, I did not hear a thing. Come Friday afternoon, I still did not receive my delivery so I called. They called the florist they were working with and needless to say they issued me a credit and by the end of the day they were supposed to get back to me after they found another florist and was going to get me my sons corsage and they never reached out to me. No delivery and my sons date never received a corsage on their junior prom. Very upsetting.
I had placed an order for a corsage for an upcoming prom. I was notified the day of the prom that Teleflora could not fulfill my order so they were cancelling the order. I wish they would have let me know at least a day ahead of time. I will not be using this company any longer.
I thought the selection of the flowers were amazing! So many beautiful flowers to choose from!
I really appreciated having the flowers delivered the next day, for a small fee, but it's worth it!

The Zen artistry that I was trying to express for my recipient didnt show at all from your tacky piece of work copycat! You missed the very important point of the 1 sided orientation! Instead you gave us a boring table centerpiece. It wasn't worth the money for the uniqueness I was trying to pick for my beloved sister in law's special birthday.
This company is a total scam! I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday & get a confirmation that they would be delivered same day. I didn't hear anything from my sister regarding receiving her flowers so I tracked the order only to find out it was CANCELED! I tried calling but couldn't get through so I chatted with their so called "experts" which was a waste because all she could tell me was to call the toll free number! I called the number and the rep answers and I give her my order number where she proceeds to put me on hold and then comes back and says the order was canceled for my protection! What in actual f***! She goes on to transfer me to the supposed department that can explain everything to me, but I was on hold for over an hour! I hang up and call again and I'm pretty sure it was the original rep and she states the same thing but this time tells me the department I need is closed and have to call back in the morning! Worst service ever! Complete BS! Now I look like a dumbass because my sister didn't get anything from me today! Worst company ever! Don't waste your time or money here!
Follow up after trying to get through to this supposed department for the 100th time! My order was canceled because my name wasn't in my email address and I signed the card with my family name! I have never ever had an issue! What if I signed it with a nickname?! Again DO NOT waste your money with this sorry company!
I placed an order for the second-day delivery for a friend's mother's funeral. Without any notification, they just cancel my order. I found it out until a month later when I check my credit card bill! This is totally unacceptable.

Ordering from this company was such a disappointment. I placed the order and paid over $20 for same day delivery. I did not care what the price of delivery was, I just wanted to ensure that the flowers got to the recipient on time. I received an email from this company stating that they were unable to fulfill my request but they could deliver them the next day. I called and explained that the recipient was retiring therefore there was no need for the flowers if they did not make it in time. The CSR canceled my order and told me that it would take 10 business days for me to receive my refund. In a situation like this, one where the company was unable to fulfill their end of the "contract", the consumer shouldn't have to wait that long to receive a refund. Lesson learned!
This company is terrible. Their customer service is not well informed, difficult to reach, and vague. Proper confirmations regarding delivery of an order are not available. I used this service once because they sold pet-safe arrangements, but the items was not only not delivered on the date I required it (they called three times asking for permission to deliver the next day, seemingly to not lose the sale/money) and they never sent a final confirmation of actual delivery. I will never ever use this company again.
I received a gorgeous bouquet of pink roses and carnations, plus lots of greenery and white flowers added to the mix. My party was "Victorian themed" so these flowers created the perfect centerpiece. Really made me feel like a princess from the olden times on my special day, thank you teleflora!
Purchased a beautiful sympathy bouquet with a sentimental angel keepsake figurine and what was delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered and NO ANGEL, in fact, NO keepsake at all!
Customer Service was heartless, you can tell this happens all the time. Offered a 50% refund instead of re-delivering what I ordered. NEVER AGAIN for me! Don't waste your time or money!
Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 dozen roses and got 16 with 3 broke. No supervisor will call or answer that just hang up on you. Total waste of money. Looks nothing like what you order. Paid 200$ for flowers I could have bought at the gas station for 8$. DO NOT use them. A waste of money and time and you will not be happy.

I order in advance for both grandmothers a Dozen Red Roses for Valentine's Day.
Thinking everything was going well and they would receive them I went to track the orders to find out the orders were canceled and I had no Idea there was no email or call that there was an issue with the order.
When I called they kept giving me the run around and couldn't get the order out for today Valentine's day.
On the day that flowers are important these 2 ladies didn't get anything I tried calling every where else and everyone was sold out or not doing deliveries any longer for the day.
I'm so sad and angry the grandkids are so hurt and wouldn't stop crying.
I will never use this company again
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
