Due to unusual circumstances, I ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's Day through Teleflora. I used Teleflora partially because they allow you to specify the florist where the order should be sent for a $5 upcharge. I ordered a specific "deluxe" contemporary-style arrangement. What my mother received was a semi-dead orchid plant. I called the florist to register my disappointment and was told that they rejected Teleflora's request, as they always do, because they can't possibly fulfill the order to anyone's satisfaction for the amount they would receive from Teleflora (less than 60% of what I was charged--per my quick calculation). I blame Teleflora for including my preferred florist on their website, when in fact that is never an option. Furthermore, I did not see any disclaimer that the order will not necessarily be fulfilled by the requested florist.

I order a lot from this site. I like that their products are not shipped in a box and are from a local florist. My only complaint is that at times, an order did not look anything like it showed in the picture. They compensated me with a discount which was nice, but I know that all florists do not have supplies they should.

I ordered three floral arrangements going to the same hospital but at three different locations within the hospital. Two on the ground floor and one on the second floor. Once I had placed the order the flowers were treated as 3 different orders so I had to pay the 15.00 delivery three times. I know the flowers were not delivered by three seperate florists so I feel that this was a way of getting more money. The flowers that were delivered were lovely and the recipients happy. Two of the items were identical but upon seeing them they had different flowers than indicated on the website. I would have given a more favourable review had I not been dinged 45.00 in delivery fees.

Flower's ordered for my mom for mother's day were not delivered when supposed to be. The company was very difficult to deal with on the phone. My numerous calls would take over 30 mins just to talk to someone to find out the reason they weren't delivered. A 15% discount was offered for my $129.00 plant I purchased. Unexceptable! After 4 days my upset mother finally received the plant I intended on her getting. Don't ever use them!
Signed one disappointed daughter!

ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MOTHERS DAY TO BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY. GOT EMAIL AT 5pm (DIDN'T GET TILL MIDNIGHT BECAUSE I WORK EVENINGS) THAT THE LOCAL FLORIST SOLD OUT OF THE ITEM I ORDERED. MOM IS 86 AND LIVES 480 MILES AWAY IN A NURSING HOME, NOT LIKE I CAN JUMP IN THE CAR AND PICK SOMETHING UP ON THE WAY! HAD MY PHONE NUMBER, DID THEY CALL? NO. DID THE IDIOT FLORIST THINK TO SUBSTITUTE SOMEHTING DIFFERENT? NO. DID MY ELDERLY MOTHER GET NOTHING FOR MOTHERS DAY? BIG FAT YES.
