I ordered flowers online last week for Mother's Day. I received a notification that they were delivered Friday, but they were never delivered. After calling and emailing Teleflora all weekend, I finally spoke with someone Monday afternoon. She told me that the flowers could not be delivered because they did not meet the order minimum (I had spent $50). I asked her why I was not notified of this, and why I was told that they were delivered, and she could not give me an answer. I do not understand why I was not notified of the order minimum, or why I was told they were delivered when they were not.

I sent my mother an arrangement via Teleflora for mothers day. They arrived on Friday morning and the white roses were brown and wilted by Saturday. First thing Monday morning, my mother reached out to the local florist who Teleflora used. "Creative Designs by Jim" in Wilmington, NC Jim refused to replaced the flowers and told her to call Telefora to get a refund. It was not a refund we wanted, it was the beautiful arrangement I paid over $80 for. After hearing all of this from my mom, I called teleflora and was told the flowers would be replaced. They then put me on hold and came back on the line stating they only replace flowers within two days. So because we did not call on Mother's day to complain, there nothing they could do. So obviously, they only guarantee their flowers fro two days. $80 for a two day arrangement, plus shipping and handling. Stay far away, just goggle a local florist to send flowers to someone out of state. That's what I had to do to replace them for her.

I ordered 2 deliveries of flowers for Mother's Day. One order was for same day delivery. The other was for next day delivery. I received confirmations on both orders. The next day delivery was rejected by their florist because it didn't meet the minimum. I called customer service and cancelled that order because it couldn't be delivered in time (despite my confirmation from them). I confirmed multiple time which order was being cancelled.

Imagine my surprise to get an email today that the order that should have been delivered 2 days ago was also cancelled. This was the order from my elderly father with dementia for my mom, who lives apart from him.

If you have flowers you need ordered in a timely manner, don't use Teleflora. They do not deliver as promised. Customer service is no use.

We ordered 2 arrangements from Teleflora for Mother's Day. They both were specials for the same price. One was beautiful with a variety of flowers and the other one delivered was just 7 small flowers for $68. I thought when I complained to teleflora they would contact the florist and deliver something better for our mother. All they would do is give me half off and we would have to place a new order at full price. Our sister saw the flowers and said they looked so bad. I don't want to take a chance since the picture they advertised was nothing like what she received!

I ordered a corsage 5 days before the requested delivery date. It was delivered at 7:30 pm and too late for the dinner event it was intended. Teleflora says they allow up to 8 pm as acceptable. I do not agree.

Ordered a live plant basket to be delivered on Monday following my best friends sisters death on Sunday. As of today, FRIDAY and after almost an hour on the phone and literally 15 emails back and forth with their customer service the delivery has yet to arrive.

I will NEVER use them again and would suggest you not either.

Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery.

Searched google for same day delivery florist companies and Teleflora's site popped up. I selected a bouquet to send to a friend for her birthday because something came up and I was unable to attend the celebration. I placed the order and received confirmation email at 1:00pm on a Tuesday confirming the delivery would arrive to her by the end of the day. JUST WAIT...

I receive a call by a rep at 5:15pm saying they were unable to deliver the order that day because the florist already delivered to that area. Okay? Couldn't have let me know sooner? Anyways, she promised and guaranteed the order would be delivered the following day (Wednesday) and I convinced her to give me 30% off the deal.

Well, here we are on Wednesday and I just got an email notification stating they were unable to deliver my order today because none of the florists had the arrangement (it was a basic $25 bouquet, not hard to come up with something), and they could get it out tomorrow, Thursday. The rep I spoke to said the rep yesterday must have been lazy in updating her notes and it's an issue they have within the company. OKAY?! Sorry, don't care, I'll take my happy a** to the store and buy her flowers and deliver myself at this point.

Bottom line: they advertise same day delivery, call you at the very last minute at end of day to break the news that they can't get the order out so you can't cancel and order with someone else, charge an absurd service and delivery fee, and don't even provide what they charge for!

To the company execs: you should spend more time and money focusing on your servicing department rather on your advertisements and google search engine optimization. What's the point in attracting more people to the business when it's run so poorly? FYI: if you are 3 days late on a same day delivery order, cover the costs yourselves and offer to do it for free.

MOVE ALONG, PEOPLE. DON'T USE THIS SITE

Ordered Valentine's flowers for my wife and selected the premium option. Flowers I received in no way resembled what I ordered, didn't have a quarter of the quantity or types of flowers I ordered. Contacted customer service and they tried to offer me 40% off my next purchase. I told them I didn't receive 40% of this purchase what makes them think there will be a next? I never received the 40% coupon anyway and 5 days later they refund me 20%. Still not happy at all it's obvious they are trying to pacify instead of correct. 1800flowers or Fromyouflowers every time from now on.

Zero Star

My daughter ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day. I never received them.

I understand the popularity of flower deliveries on this day, but the company should not be greedy to take orders they cannot fulfill!

Called to change the address. Waited like 15 minutes on the phone then I finally spoke with someone that had an attitude. She messed up the address like 5 times. At one point she asked me to repeat the address and half way through she says "yeah, yeah, yeah!". She had an I hate my job attitude. I asked her for an email to confirm the changes as I suspected they were not correct. But I did not get one.

I called back and this person was better. He read me the address and it was not correct as I had suspected. He did make the correction and sent me a confirmation email.

Hope she gets the flowers!

Buyer beware! I wanted a special flower for a friend, so I chose a Christmas Cactus from Teleflora online. I CLEARLY stated in my note that I did NOT want any other flower I received 2 calls from the florist telling me they were sold out of Christmas Cactus. I told the clerk to cancel the order. Low and behold, I got an email stating my flower was delivered! When I complained, they offered me 40% off my next order. THERE WILL BE NO NEXT ORDER! My advice to any who want to give flowers for a gift is: Go to Walmart or Shoprite, and pick some up for about 25% of what a florist will charge. If you have to send a gift long distance, send a gift card. I keep trying to have a Merry Christmas, but dishonest people keep ruining it for me!.

Worst service!
December 24, 2016

Placed an order for delivery 12/23, they didn't deliver. No notification! No substitution! Called on 12/24 at 7am was told it was gong to go out later on on the 24th. Called again at 1:45pm and was told they cancelled the order. Again, no notification, no substituting like they say they will do if your choice isn't available. This is not the first time they screwed up an order of mine but it will be the last. Don't order through Teleflora if you want flowers delivered and are counting on them to get your gift to the recipient.

DON'T USE TELEFLORA!
October 16, 2016

I ordered a fall bouquet for my mother in the hospital, and what she received was a flimsy springlike bouquet with old flowers. I contacted Teleflora in writing about this issue, but they didn't respond. I then called and requested a full refund because they didn't privide what I ordered, and I was offered a 20% refund and a 50% coupon for a future order. I repeated what I wanted, and then was offered a 50% refund and a coupon. I asked for a supervisor (Shelia) who came on the call after I was on hold for about 15 minutes, and she offered me a 75% refund. The only way she could give me a 100% refund is if they went into the hospital and TOOK BACK the crappy flowers they delivered to my mother so they could "check the quality." I explained that I had photos I could send them and that I didn't want anyone going back into my mother's hospital room, but Shelia wouldn't accept this. Since I had decided to report them to my credit card company by this point, I took the 75% refund. Shortly thereafter, I received an email that stated I was receiving a refund for $0.00. Teleflora is a scam. They intentionally advertise one product and provide something far inferior to make money. Work with your credit card provider to get your money back.

Beware of Teleflora orders! They will shortchange you and the lovely arrangement that you paid for and considered to be really special will turn out really average for whoever receives it. I, and many others who have written reviews across the various sites have been thoroughly disappointed with the quantity and quality of the flowers and the arrangements ordered.

Shameful. $100 anniversary gift was delivered. 7 roses, some carnations and daisies. Twice I reached out to customer service with no response. Bought thru Chase shopping portal to teleflora site. Customer service then sent me email with discount for future purchase. Their arrogance to consumer is remarkable. No ownership for poor product. Image below does not show the dirty water they were delivered in or past fresh state of some of the roses.

I was extremely dissatisfied because I was literally on the phone for an hour, simply ordering a funeral arrangement. The time of transaction involved poor communication skills, inaccuracies and lack of knowledge about their system. Initially the employee entered letters incorrectly several times, even after I provided an example for each and every letter. Then, the same employee and her supervisor were unable to explain if the "confirmation email" they were sending would include the amount charged, the amount paid and the method of payment used, in order for it to suffice as a receipt for business reimbursement purposes. They honestly didn't know, plus the email never went through during our long conversation because the employee had the email address incorrect! Then, when it was corrected, they said they weren't able to resend the confirmation email because it had already been sent! What?! Isn't it illegal to not provide a receipt? I was told they would have their "email department" try to send another email (which still wouldn't necessarily have the basic receipt information on it) but it would take several days. I honestly still don't understand that. It was extremely frustrating. So, due to problems with communication, accuracy and system training, I still have no receipt showing total charge, total paid, payment method and a balance of $0.00, and I'm out $133.00. There are other flower companies out there, so I suggest using any of the others instead.

I got online and found a special offer saying flowers for $19.99 I figured great I wills end some to my aunt, I haven't seen her in a while. I get the order set up and hit continue and I get a pop up that says minimum order is $29.99 so I figured OK what ever, I up the order to 35 bucks and send it. A couple days later I call my aunt expecting her to have gotten the flowers and she didn't get them. I call the florist back, they said yes we have been trying to contact you. I checked my caller ID, nothing no calls from them. They said we will send it the following day, they didn't, then I call them back and I said just cancel the order and they said we will for sure get it done today, they didn't and then they canceled the order and didn't bother to call me to tell me it was canceled. Just shot me a refund. Absolutely the worst customer service, I mean just terrible. If I could of given them no stars I would have. I called FTD they actually got the flowers to her the following day no problem at all and I got 20% off my order with them. Teleflora NEVER AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE is all I have to say. Pro's: They are great at taking your money, Con's: Terrible service, completely unreliable delivery service, no customer service skills, no follow up skills. No telephone etiquette, no integrity.
