DID NOT DELIVER - WAITED UNTIL DELIVERY DATE TO TELL ME THEY COULD NOT FULFILL MY ORDER! I ordered in plenty of time so my granddaughter could receive flowers for her 18th birthday and TODAY (delivery date) you tell me you cannot fulfill it! This is the worst business I have had the displeasure of dealing with and I will let everyone I know how bad your service is! NEVER Again!
I placed an order on Friday 4/24 online. I asked for it to be delivered on my step-daughters 25th birthday 4/26. I also explained this was the first time she ever got flowers.
Waited until 7 on Saturday. NEVER CAME OR NEVER CALLED. When I called the operator stated "oh there is no one to deliver in Salem". I asked why I never got a phone call. There was no answer. She stated she would refund MY ENTIRE $76. They have credited $22.
I ordered Pink roses and received something completely different and got an email saying what I ordered wasn't in stock and they would try to make a Bouquet very similar to what was ordered.
Definitely not worth $80
I have been using Teleflora for years never had a problem with them the site is easy to navigate and use I highly recommend them
Just to let you know, the arrangement provided was for Easter and the stuffed animal provided was a bear. I should not have assumed the provider would send a rabbit or chick. A bit disappointing as it is my granddaughter's first Easter. The handle on the basket was detached.
I have always been pleased with the quality and service of Teleflora. My recipients have been ecstatic when showing off the flowers I've sent them.
We dont have a lot of $ but have had to send many sympathy arrangements lately. Even at their lowest prices the arrangements from teleflora have been beautiful. I even ordered an arrangement for myself. The prices are amazing, delivery is great. Nothing but great job and wonderful prices
Ordering was simple enough, but I'll reserve judgment until after I see a photo of the bouquet that's delivered. I've been burned after ordering several bouquets recently from "From You Flowers"... hoping for the best.
Website was easy to use and I appreciated the ability to order same day flowers.

My 91 year old mother must spend her birthday today in hospital. I just found out that no one can visit her on her birthday or speak with her as her hearing aides have gone missing. Thank goodness Teleflora has same day delivery and beautiful arrangements to choose from. Since our family cannot share a birthday cake with Mom today, we ordered a floral one and balloons for her. May Teleflora and their deliverers be healthy in these terrible times, they are doing a great service.

What is ordered is so far from what received... this is why I hate ordering flowers. First picture is what was ordered and second is what was delivered
Here's a picture of what was ordered versus what was received. Teleflora has offered a measly $11 refund on what was an almost $80 order. Not acceptable.
Yes, the flowers were pricey but they served the purpose sending love and joy to my wife on our anniversary. I would say everything went as it was supposed to EXCEPT I paid $15 extra for a delivery time before 1 PM. The flowers showed up at 2:30 PM! So at the end of the day the price tag for an expensive gift was even more costly for no additional service given.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
