Nice arrangements, just way overpriced. Delivery/service fee Too high. Never get a discount but always get a $10 off coupon a couple of days later. Big deal.
I've always found it easy to order Teleflora. The website is easy to use, choices are vast, and the quality has always been good. I do not like that the service fee in some areas is almost as much as the flowers. I don't understand the service fee and will think twice about ordering again. It's a shame because I really like the products and ease of ordering.
33% Service Fee... really? Now, you are making it difficult to submit this review. What is the reason for a $20 service fee on a $60 order? Why don't you just be honest about your prices?
I use Teleflora to send flowers to my mother who lives alone. The beautiful arrangements make her happy and the flowers arrive so fresh.

Yesterday, I had an arrangement sent by Teleflora to a childhood friend's home in TX for her birthday. She loved the arrangement, and said it had made her day.
About 2 weeks ago, I sent a sympathy bouquet to a close friend GA upon the loss of her husband of many years. She was so pleased with that arrangement.
I could go on and on. I used to use another national floral service, but I began to have issues with the condition or number of flowers in the bouquet or the plant. They also quit delivering to smaller towns.
I doubt I will use the competitor's service again. Why: Quality, delivery as promised and value.
Paid for a premium arrangement for my sister's 60th birthday. Got the larger vase with flowers that were from the base arrangement. It looked pitiful and my sister, rather than being blown away by a special surprise was underwhelmed. For $109 really expected more. Really disappointed in Teleflora.

Not a phone call or email explaining why!
I ordered flowers for my parents 65th Anniversary, received confirmation, made a video. The flowers never arrived. After searching for an actual phone number to contact customer service, as the website only has an email option, I spoke with a 'resolution specialist' who had me on hold for over 20 minutes while she 'investigated' and then came back and could only offer 'I'm so sorry but we couldn't find a florist until it was too late'. They NEVER made an attempt to contact me. Just sorry, sorry, sorry. When I asked how they were prepared to make this right she said I'd have to be put on hold again while she contacted a supervisor! At that point I said FORGET IT - give me a refund. (which also took a while to confirm). Then the kicker, I get an email apologizing and offering me a discount on my NEXT order! If she had offered that discount on the current order and said it would deliver the next day I would have accepted that, but NO. Trust me there won't be a NEXT order!

Substitutions of "comparable items" are not similar at all in my opinion. I am quite disappointed and feel lied to.
I order from Teleflora fairly regular (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Birthday, Christmas) most of the time there is no issue. But recently I have had issues with late delivery's, out of stocks, and pricing. When I call Teleflora the customer service seems to be an overseas call center and they have no care or concern. The local florists are generally not that nice either because they make less than if I would have come to them direct. When I find a provider doing a similar service I will switch because I stay generally disappointed in Teleflora!
I ordered the Violets & butterflies basket which as shown online had two african violets in a dark basket with a handle and a beautiful purple bow to match and a couple of butterflies. The flowers that arrived came in a very dull round basket, with no bow. Since this was a birthday gift, it was meant to be cheery. The flowers seem ok, but the presentation is dull. I am very disappointed with little recourse since it was a birthday gift. Someone should have reached out to me to let me know that these changes were being made. Not to mention the $19.99 service fee that was added right before I checked out. That should be included in the price as it is on Amazon. I am disappointed and will not use again. This was not at all worth the $60 I was charged. I am going to request a partial refund.
Had arrangement sent to my sister in NC, I live in MA and wasn't quite sure of how the arrangement I ordered would actually look like, it was amazing. Better than I expected.
I was just a little shocked to see a twenty dollar service charge. During this stay at home shut down it seem like my best choice. Flowers gave not been delivered as yet. Hard to give a review. Really hoping all goes well. Sharyn
I am very unhappy with my recent order. I ordered flowers to be delivered today, and no one even sent me a message to let me know the order could not be fulfilled. I understand what is going on with the virus and all, but you could have at least sent me an email letting me know the order could not be fulfilled. It was only after I contacted the recipient did I learn they did not receive the order. How embarrassing...
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
