Again, during the finalization of my order there was a 20% off red tag stating enter your email and take 20% of now. That means my order right now! That discount did not happen and it should have been explained better. Al Brown
Teleflora has always done a good job of getting flowers, etc.to my parents two states away. They have always arrived on time, and in good condition.!
I received an email offer of 20% off for first responders. My Mom loves flowers and I can't be with her this Mother's Day because of the stay at home order and especially because I am a Nurse. The only issue I had was the actual price was $35 more than when I clicked on the bouquet-which was double.
I thought this was included in my passport. I guess I was wrong, because with passport I just pay for the flowers. But I had to pay something extra on this order. Bummer

I need a refund! The site mixed two separate addresses as one... and mixed the purchasers name with the recipients name! This site is poorly maintained and operated and if you have a chance to show anywhere else, I suggest you do. I want my money back asap mother $#*!ers!
So many beautiful arrangements to choose from. I understand the problem of not having the flowers and I am sure the florist will do a wonderful job.
I ordered a special arrangement for my mother's bday and what she received was not even close to what was ordered. My mom just lost her mother/ bestfriend unexpectedly less than a month ago and I can't even be with her for her 60th. I'm so disappointed and won't order from here again. I ordered flowers from Teleflora and they said the florist they used to deliver them left them on the porch without ringing the doorbell or knocking. I don't like that they didn't get in touch with the person and then just left them. I will definitely not use Teleflora again. They didn't give me a full refund.
I have gone to different flower online delivery business and this made my life easier. Once I placed the zip code where it is going, no more questions asked and just ready to fill in the informations needed and right away they give you discount.It never occurred to me that it's the same shop where I ordered for my aunt a couple of years ago. I was to order last year but never did because senior moments' it slipped my mind where I ordered and other shops are so annoying when it comes where it is to be delivered, the zip code most especially it would just give you an error.
The site is easy to use and flower arrangements always look great. Reminders about upcoming events are sent in plenty of time.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
