Very displeased with the quality of the premium arrangement I ordered. The florist did a pathetic arrangement that would have cost me $15 to do myself. I will never again order through teleflora if this is the level of quality they expect from the florists that support them.
I order the Blush of Love Bouquet flower arrangement for Mother's Day. The flower arrangement didn't come near to what they advertised in their website. I wasted money on a deluxe but the flowers looked standard. I was expecting the arrangement more fuller with flowers with greenery adding less contrast. We got more green than flowers and some were droopy. I'll never order flowers from Teleflora again. Next time I'll go to my local supermarket for flowers and far more cheaper price.
I ordered the "purple serenity bouquet" for my daughter as it was just perfect - the colors and even the name of the arrangement immediately made me think of her, and how this would brighten her day. Well, the flowers were delivered 2 days earlier than I wanted, and the arrangement didn't even remotely resemble the one I chose. The vase and flowers received were not similar in color or style. I was extremely disappointed upon seeing the photo she sent me. It seems as though the local florist simply grabbed any vase and flowers on hand and threw them together without consideration of what was expected just to get the order out. I'd love for Teleflora to credit me back for this terrible mistake.
For $137.73 I wanted "premium peonies" - my wife's favorite flower - for Mother's Day. What we got was a mix of peonies (which were dead within 24 hours), a few roses, and a red daisy. I won't be back.
I placed this order a week before Mother's Day. The order was cancelled the day before delivery at 10o'clock at night. I had no other options. Very unprofessional.
I don't have a review because I don't know if it's going to deliver on time. There is no information to follow up on.

I ordered mothers day flowers for my 82 yr old mother who lives 700 miles away because I couldn't be there during this Pandemic and what my mother received was a JOKE of an arrangement. There was not ANY part of it that was what I ordered. NOTHING... including the Teleflora vase it was supposed to be in. When contacting the local florist they advised they had rejected the order for lack of inventory... they did NOT have the items in the arrangement... Teleflora then took it upon themselves to tell the florist they could make whatever arrangement they wanted... WITHOUT any authorization/email/call to or from me! I specifically rejected the "option" on their website for a "florist made" arrangement. I spent hours looking for the perfect one... by ZIP CODE to make sure what I ordered was available. All sites are set up to use zip code so you get rejections if they do NOT have it available... but the Teleflora site gave me options of arrangements that were obviously NOT available. I was sick to see what my mother received in place of it! Bad enough I couldn't be there with her... but this was like being slapped in the face! I will NEVER, EVER... EVER do business with Teleflora again. And that is even after they refunded 50% to me because they KNEW they were guilty of bait and switch and basically "stealing"! As far as I'm concerned, I should have received a full refund for the disgrace they sent my mother... SO SICK over this! Look at the pictures below... the 2nd is what she received... the 1st is what I ordered & paid for... and tell me I don't deserve a FULL refund! They are pathetic! How can you run a business like this? I will be sharing my experience EVERYWHERE! Thanks for ruining my mother's Mother's Day! Zero stars is what you deserve Teleflora..."0"!
I got an email saying flowers were hand delivered to work address yesterday. Today she still has not recieved the flowers & the total surprise for the rest of her mothers day gifts each day until sunday has been completely ruined.
I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement from this Company a six rose bouquet. They sent my mother a three floral arrangement and instead of trying to make things right all they offered was an $8 refund. Please save yourself a headache and your money. Don't use teleflora for any flower needs.

The service fee was almost as much as the flowers, I would not order again. They should not charge so much.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I found and ordered a beautiful arrangement from Teleflora called "Perfect Spring Peach Bouquet". See included photo or google it separately to see just how pretty it really is. I sent them to my cousin for Mother's Day. This was the first time that I ever used Teleflora because I live in California and she lives in New York, so I wasn't familiar with her local area florists. She called today to thank me for them and I asked her to send a picture. To my great disappointment, instead of the beautiful arrangement I selected, she got something totally different. She was thrilled with the surprise delivery, but I'm embarrassed by what she received. It looks like a bouquet I've seen at the grocery store and always bypassed. I realize that sometimes flower substitutions need to be made due to unavailability, but this is ridiculous as it is no where close to what I ordered. If they couldn't fulfill my order with something fairly close, they should have notified me rather deliver an arrangement that I never would have selected myself. It doesn't even look like a professional florist put it together, and whoever did it did not care enough to make sure it looked nice. My cousin commented that the white hydrangea in the middle looked squashed down and she was going to pull it up. It was a total bait and switch. Either Teleflora needs to have the bouquet that I actually ordered delivered, or they need to refund my money 100%. If this is the caliber of all florists that Teleflora subcontracts to - do NOT order through them.
I ordered a Fruit arrangement for my Mother for Mother's Day.The picture of what I ordered was Beautiful and even spelled out MOM with the fruit. However what my Mom received looks nothing like the picture. I paid $92 for something I could have made. I have placed pictures below of what we received vs what it should have looked like!

I was able to pick delivery dates and that is helpful since my recipient is in a bigger town than I am in.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
