With everything going on now in the world should have a variety with much cheaper prices as well as cheaper service and delivery fess. Ridiculous what you pay in the end.
I ordered a deluxe designer orchid bouquet. I ordered the orchid bouquet two and a half weeks ago and was told couple days before the delivery that they will have to send a replacement. How does the yellow bouquet compare to my order? How is that an equal replacement?
My previous order do not mach one on picture... amount of the flowers do not match the flowers on the picture. See pictures attached
Excellent choices, easy to use, But unfortunately I made a mistake in ordering and had flowers sent to the wrong funeral home. Got an email that said my order was hand delivered but have yet to be informed of exactly where my order is
Quite honestly, I was about to give up sending flowers. Every site I visited said they had next day delivery, but when I put in the zipcode of Redmond Oregon, all the others said no deliveries until ten days later. You came through! Thank you!
I ordered the "Make a Wish" arrangement for a friend. I had asked her to send me a photo. I am not pleased with the overall arrangement of the flowers/the look of the arrangement. It's also missing the ribbon.
Great deals and easy to order. They have beautiful flower arrangements along with other things you can add to your purchase and you can have it delivered the same day.
I have emailed this company asking for a explanation... 2 days and still no reply. Must be the corna virus has effected their hands and they can't use them to type.
The flower arrangement I ordered for new friends looked NOTHING like the arrangement on the website and had less than half the amount of flowers promised. I was mortified at how tacky the arrangement was, how off the colors were, and furious at spending $100 on the "premium" size for an arrangement I wouldn't pay $20 for. To add insult to injury, customer service was abysmal, keeping me on hold for 15 minutes (after disconnecting my first call) and giving me only lame excuses and a partial refund. Never again!
Ordered flowers for a bday days ahead of time. Today was the delivery date and i receive a email saying it wont be delivered until tommarrow. It should have been ready. When you order flowers and are promised a certain date, it should get there. There customer service sucks as well. Do yourself a favor and shop some where else.
They cancelled my order after taking the monies, then saying they could not deliver to that area. When they credited my back I was short changed, may have been the exchange from US to Canadian but that is not my problem, they profited from the cancellation! That is a rip off, and when you try and correspond you get nothing but computer generated answers! Never again will I order from them!
I order 2 weeks ahead of time guarenteed delivery on valentines day for both my girlfriend and my mother. Both orders were cancelled at 330 in the afternoon on Valentines day: assuring its too late to figure sometime else out. Guarenteed delivery is 0 for 2. THEN THE COMPANY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR BOTH ORDERS ANYWAY.
I will NEVER EVER deal with this company again. I ordered a bouquet for my mother as a Valentine's Day gift and it never arrived. Pretty disappointed, I emailed asking where the arrangement was. I got a call today asking if they could deliver the arrangement TODAY! Mind you, it the 17th!
So already pretty ticked off, I called to request a refund and I was greeted by the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. This woman was very disrespectful. While I was explaining the situation, she cut me off with "Well fine. What's the order number!" Even after all was resolved, not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" or even "is there anything else I could do?" I received an abrupt "k bye" and she hung up. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Horrible experience.
Ordered on the 12th for Valentine's Day. A $181 order... no delivery... 18 minutes on phone old to be told they canceled the order for no reason and I should have known because I never received a final confirmation email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I needed to have flowers delivered same day, so after researching other sites that were able to deliver same day, I came down to two places. I chose to go to Teleflora. I wish I hadn't. I got though the online order just fine, no problems. Received the confirmation email that they got my order and it showed the delivery date I requested (same day). Over an hour later I receive a text message saying that there is an issue with my order. I called the number the text told me to and gave them the order number the text told me to give them. They didn't have record of my order. She tried looking it up two different ways and couldn't find my order. After being on the phone longer than I should have been, she finally found it. Now I am being told that they can't deliver the same day because my order was placed too late. The cut off time was 3pm. Funny, I received the confirmation email at 2:16 that my order was received. Apparently it took nearly an hour for them to decide which shop would fill the order, and by then it was 3:04. Now it's somehow my fault and now it's too late to go to the other shop I chose. Now if I want to have flowers delivered tomorrow, it will cost me more because it's a Saturday. I get that you may not be able to deliver it the same day if the order is too late, but it wasn't. The system is all automated. I should have been notified immediately (or at least within 20 minutes) that they could not fill my order as requested. I should have had plenty of time to go with another shop. Why on earth in this day and age did it take so long to route my order? Really, really not happy. I will not use this company again and will encourage others not to as well.
I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my boyfriends mom and what She received was a complete embarrassment! Almost $80 for what looks like a grocery store bunch of flowers! I was offered 40% off my next order and when I declined this is was offered $19.99 refund. I'm humiliated by this whole ordeal, I ordered the premium (largest) arrangement and received less than the smallest! Disgusting

I was apprensive about my order as I placed the order and then read the reviews after... however I was so impressed when I was sent the picture of them from my auntie in the usa! The flowers arrived on the day I wanted. The look fresh vibrant and actually better than I thought as only went for standard size. They were the xmas gather round flowers, beautiful. Thank you teleflora my auntie is over the moon.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
