They did not deliver the flowers I ordered for my wife's birthday (ordered three weeks in advance). Some bot emailed me at 2 pm on the delivery date and said they cannot fulfill the order. They still haven't refunded my money either and I may have to go through my bank. Scam company.
Telefloral was running a deal through American Express to provide a $20 reimbursement if you bought flowers. I bought my flowers and failed to notice they didn't charge my card.
A couple days after the deal expired the called to say they "couldn't run my card", so i gave them another card and complained about missing out on their reimbursement... the CS representative simply said I see, then proceeded to try my new card... which failed also. My card works for gas, so it isn't the card.
He then apologized for having to cancel my order. I ask for a supervisor, and get put on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnected.
I get an email a few minutes after that apologizing for the failure on their part and given a code to redeem to "make things right".
I go to their website to order the flowers and the prices are up $30 for Valentines day. The coupon is worth $15.
Terrible, over priced. The bouquet they delivered doesn't even look close to what they offer in the picture. It was an absolute embarrassment, Im very disappointed, I would never order from them again. Don't recommend it at all.
First of all, the florist replaced an item without first contacting me to see if it was okay to do so. The second item was not delivered within the timeframe, and the florist was given 7 days to get the item together. I ended up chatting 3 times with Teleflora trying to get this matter straightened out. Still missing one of the deliveries.
Ordered two sets of sympathy's flowers for my brothers(38)funeral. One to my mom for the loss of her son from my children and one from my dad. $300 worth of flowers and they were not delivered. Funeral was at 10am and got an email at 9:43am that they would not be delivered. I doubled down on the phone that they would 100% be delivered in time for funeral. They did not seem to care or offer any explanation as to why. This is disgusting. I would highly recommend you avoid this company for any flower arrangements that you depend on for a specific moment in time.
Placed order on Dec. 18th for delivery on Dec. 23rd and kept getting phone calls about confirming delivery address, zip code, etc. As of Dec. 30th the order is still not delivered. I order flowers for relatives every Christmas and this has NEVER happened. Don't use this service, or you will be disappointed!
I purchased DELUX Superior flower bouquet for my surgeon. I saw the bouquet arrived in a small glass vase with no ribbon. Punie unattractive sad looking bunch of flowers... Nothing to do with the advertised picture I selected as the example and expected my bouquet looking at least similar to that image.
Never again will I use tele flora.com. It used to be something special. Sadly no more.
I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. They said that they could deliver them the same day. I was fine with them being delivered on her birthday. Her birthday came, but there were no flowers. And she waited at home all day. No flowers or phone call. This continued on for 6 more days. I kept checking the status of my order and it was listed in the tracking system as still with the florist. Then on day 8 at 7:30 AM it is listed in the tracking system as having been delivered. I called my mother, and she said that still nothing had arrived. I made several attempts to contact the company and could not get a real person for the first few attempts. The person responding to my email was responding from somewhere overseas. Eventually they gave me a number where I could contact a real person. That person apologized and when I said I wanted a refund because the flowers were never delivered, they asked me to hold on and said that they would credit my account and give the full refund. That never happened either. After another week I received a bill for the more than 60 dollars charged to my card with them. I also received an email saying the flowers were successfully delivered. My mother still has not received any flowers up to this day. In my opinion, this is the worst floral company ever. I have canceled my account and advise people to not trust them because they are a bunch of thieves. But that is just my opinion. Do whatever you want, if you want to be disappointed by their lack of integrity. If they were incapable of delivering the flowers for her birthday, they should have just been honest. But instead, they made money off of me and my mother never received her birthday gift from me. I'm sorry, but this is just frustrating, and people should know how dishonest they are.

Teleflora pissed me off to my highest pissedtivity today. Every year for the last several years my wife has ordered their Christmas ornament bouquet, mainly for the ornament-shaped vase that it comes in. She did it again this year, and the flowers were delivered today from a local florist, NOT what she ordered. Just some hokey vase with a couple of reindeer on it. First I called the local florist that filled the order. What Teleflora sent them was an order for "Florist Choice." The local florist had the ornament vase that she wanted, but Teleflora didn't even attempt to order what my wife had ordered. I then called Teleflora customer service, and they apologized and said they would give me a 30% refund, which I refused and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then offered a 50% refund, which I also refused and again asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor got on the line and offered a 75% refund, which I also refused, explaining to him the fact that the local florist did indeed have what we ordered and they didn't even try to give us what we ordered. I ended up getting a full refund and then ordered the bouquet directly from the local florist, and it will be delivered tomorrow. I am done with Teleflora, in the future, I will just go straight to a local florist and see if they have the ornament arrangement/vase that my wife wants. So unhappy with Teleflora, and glad that I was the one that called because Heidi probably would have accepted the 30% refund because she doesn't do confrontation the way that I do. Lesson learned! Shop local and stick to your guns when an online order goes bad!
I ordered an exquisite elegance bouquet because it had orchids, roses & bear grass and the orchid spray was substituted with cheap crappy carnations! The bouquet was supposed to be in shades of lavender and the florist added hideous red carnations! The flower arrangement that was delivered was NOT elegant. I'm very upset. I spent a lot of time online choosing a flower service and I was so happy to have found what I thought was going to be the exact flowers I wanted to send only to be extremely disappointed with end result.
Flowers were not fresh. They look dead. I was shocked that TeleFlora approved such awful flower arrangement. Disappointed.
My stepfather was going in for spinal surgery and I ordered a plant a WEEK in advance and indicated it was ok to put the plant on the porch. While i had to put up with endless emails promoting this florist for a week and was informed THIS MORNING that the plant had been delivered, my mother said that there was no plant on the porch when she got home after 7 pm from the hospital.
Enough of this tomfoolery. I am not a bumpkin. There are plenty of other florists. Next time I will use Amazon.
I sent my mother a bouquet of flowers for her 70th birthday, and spent half the day picking them out, but I needn't have bothered. Not one single flower that was listed to be in the bouquet was actually in the bouquet, it looked nothing like the picture, and was about $10 worth of flowers. I'm embarrassed for her to have received that. They were not helpful fixing the situation. I will never use the service again.
I used a groupon which is usually great and saved me $40. BUT, there was a $17.99 surcharge. AND, my order was never delivered, I was not notified it would not be delivered. I had to contact them 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered. My sister's birthday surprise was RUINED!
I ordered this same exact item last year and it was much bigger and more festive. It looked exactly as pictured on the tele flora site. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
I have ordered flowers through this website before and was very pleased. I wanted to order flowers for my sister to thank her for allowing us to stay with them and immediately went to this website. It's convenient and easy to place an order.
They told me it would be delivered the other day for my mothers birthday. When I called, first off the representative was terrible at answering my questions. She repeating information I told her and when I asked her a question she repeated answers she already told me even tho I had follow up
Questions. It was clear she was reading from a script and had no clue what say to questions not on it. She then called the shop( which according to the representative I talked to the following day-they can't tell us what shop it was from. Which is annoying since I planned on not shopping there and telling my friends and family the shop was not reliable) and they said they had until 7pm to deliver it. The gift never showed up. Now I'm just waiting on the refund (of very expensive flowers)
With the Groupon I used I was able to get a beautiful arrangement for thanksgiving. It's been two years since seeing family and I think flowers help the celebration
I was searching for a get well bouquet for my husbands coworkers wife and I found Teleflora.com. They have a great selection as well as prices. I placed my order this morning and she got them early this evening. She loved them. I would recommend Teleflora to all my family and friends.
Answer: Since December I have been trying to use my floral Groupon I purchased. 3 different transactions have happened since then to try and use the Groupon and their company NEVER delivered any of the flowers. 3 different birthdays I missed and they even transferred me to a supervisor who then charged my account $90 when the order was only $25 after using my $40 Groupon... And after the $90 charge, STILL no flower delivery. I had to get my money back from Groupon because I am never using this company again. I think 3 different times for 3 different occasions is a good enough try to fix the issue I had. I've had hours of phone conversations with this company and it still hasn't ben fixed. Now they charged my account again WITH an uncharge and no delivery. BUYER BEWARE! This company is garbage
Answer: My experience with customer service was very good. They understood my complaint about the horrible mess the florist had sent. They offered me a new arrangement to be delivered or a partial refund. I am accepting a partial refund. My complaint about telefloral is the Florist they used. A totally incompetent floral business and should never be used again.
Answer: I was giving a Groupon and decided to give Teleflora a chance, I've heard of the name before so I THOUGHT it was a reliable company. WRONG on so many levels, the worse experience I've had with their customer service representatives.
